So.... usually untrained people when trying to hide in plain site will look at/ towards the people chasing them becuase they wanna see if they are getting away with it.

Idk why the way she describes bao and bing is pissing me off. I mean I do have to say when i was little I used to think bao had an English name but they are DUMPLINGS not whatever she was saying. Bing is kind of harder to describe but I’d say they are kind of scuffed pancakes or a type of flatbread.
Edit: let’s work on pronunciations. Bao is pronounced pretty similarly to how it’s spelled in English (the tone is hard to describe) bao is almost always used with the character for zi, and would be spelled baozi in pinyin (the zi kinda sounds like a z sound “zuh”)
Bing sounds like it’s being pronounced with a e sound in it kinda like being but strung together (bee-un) is the best u can get. It can be added to other words. Binggan means cookie, bobing means a thin biscuit, etc.

It's not about Salmonella being a lie, it's about the half baked cookie causing Salmonella.
I mean, there are countries where the stuffing for a turkey is neither cooked nor served in the turkey because it can cause salmonella and what not. But there's a reason you call it stuffing, you STUFF the bird with it, nobody is getting Salmonella here because of it. At least if it's prepared properly.

Its like having a soft boiled egg. If you ate raw cookie dough that had raw egg and flour in then you would be at risk. But as long as it gets heated all the way through during the time it is baked its fine. Similarly when you cook egg, you can cook it for less time so the yolk stays runny, but you still heat it all the way through, so you are pretty safe from salmonella.
