Great to see everybody of a wide range of ages having fun. The English version of this is the 'Okey Kokey' which is slightly different. Both ways give a lot of fun. I have just started doing this at an exercise class with people who are from 70 to 90. Gentle exercises first, and then finish it off with a bit of zap in the shape of the 'Okey Kokey'. 110631
