Mate, you are a LeBron fan who has been misinformed. When us 'old heads' say LeBron is not as good as MJ, it's not an insult. We all watched our favourite players be not as good as Jordan first hand. My favourite player Alonzo Mourning is pretty much a co-star of MJ's Bulls mixtape. Even the video game clip in this video was MJ dunking on Alonzo. Once you stop comparing LeBron to someone he isn't, you can appreciate LeBron for who he is. Nobody looks good compared to perfection. MJ changed what perfection in basketball is. He changed the NBA from a big man dominated league. Hakeem Olajuwon and Sam Bowie are the best and worst draft mistakes of all time. Hakeem won two titles but was still a mistake and well Sam Bowie is just the biggest mistake since people stopped invading Russia in the winter.....

As a fan of the NBA, I’m proud you. You have every right to have Bron as your favorite player.
I was a fan of Lebron before he starting taking short cuts staking the deck, stat padding , etc. The bought out media started their goat propaganda campaign for him. Don’t get me started with load management.
I wish you could see all the trash the media said about MJ prior to him winning his first chip. That’s all for another time.
Just note, that MJ isn’t every old heads favorite player because fans of his opposing teams all hated watching their teams lose against.
All these same fans know MJ is the goat.
Respect to your Dad for having Reggie Miller as his favorite player.
I loved watching Reggie play. Look up the 1995 playoffs (Pacers @Knicks) game when Reggie dropped 8 points in just 8.9 seconds against the Knicks in MSG. It was the Choke Game and one of the most amazing games in NBA history.

It's because who Jordan beat! Stacks of Legends, stacks of players who played this game and gave Jordan nothing! Fought tooth and nail, fought hard. In the end no matter good games, good series, highly skilled teams, or defensive, physical, bring your lunch pale teams..end of the day Jordan not only ripped the players heart out, he did the same to the fans! Bi respect alot of the other great elite players, but I don't believe anyone other than Jordan goes through the east every year like that and makes it to the finals every year much less win the finals other than Jordan!

By his third season, most of us were: We play the Bulls next? Well, let's hope for the best but we probably about to lose.
And all of us didn't care what time SportsCenter came on, we stayed up to watch his highlights, because honestly, we
couldn't believe what he was doing without seeing for ourselves. We didn't need the stats which were unreal.
All we had to do was look and we KNEW he was the best player in the league at that time.

This a much better vid then some of the others with MJ where you were doing some crazy mental gymnastics to keep lebron at your #1. The wizard years, you should look up Johnny arnett's "Michael Jordan's underrated years as a Wizard." If I link something this shitty site deletes comments. Should have a big banner on the thumbnail with MJ standing that reads UNDERRATED, should be the first vid. Now you're learning, as the guy said in this vid, it's not a close comparison. Nick wright sucks, he always gets his shit pushed in by others when he speaks. He's bigger, yes, he's faster LOL. MJ ran a best of 4.38 in the 40. Lebron has said back in 2013 his best time is a 4.69. Also EVERYONE said MJ had the quickest first step ever. Reggie miller called him mini shaq, said once he plants himself you are not moving him an inch. He said it felt like running into a shaq, like a wall just smaller.
During the 84 olympics magic said he's the best player in the NBA today, this was in July 1984, MJ was just Drafted in April, and hadn't played a second on an NBA floor. Those 10 scoring titles were 10 in a row! 87-97. No player has more then 7, and no one got their scoring titles all in a row. Also the 82 games MJ played 9 times, one of those was his last year with the Wizards as a 40 year old. You got dudes today who are in their 20's who need load management, fucking pathetic

Hey, great reaction keep doing your research. I’m also going to subscribe not because you now believeJordan‘s the goat, but as others say it because you can clearly tell that you had an open mind, and that you were being objective.
For those of us that have seen enough basketball there’s a good amount of people who aren’t really Jordan fans, but they’ve seen enough basketball over the years and are objective enough to know when one is clearly better than the others versus what they’re being told.
Unfortunately the people in the media assume that younger folks are not going to do their own research or they’re just going to rely on highlights rather than actually watching games and seeing things for themselves. By the way, another great video to check out that show shows more about Jordan‘s crazy mindset is the five times Michael Jordan sought revenge. I believe that’s by danger productions as well. Again, great reaction. Have a blessed week.👊

It's funny that you said the media swayed your perception about LeBron. They always embellish & overexaggerate what LeBron does, even now, but they're only doing it for views, not speaking the truth about the game. Hey, the last thing that I’ll point out is take a closer look at the first team all defensive selections.
This video was not very specific although I don’t think it was done on purpose, but for sure the media doesn’t talk about how many of LeBron’s defensive selection teams are first team vs second team.
Keep in mind that MJ all of his 9 selections are first team all defense. LeBron has several second team selections, not all first team in addition to him having fewer than MJ. The media never makes this distinction which again they’re hoping that people won’t do their own research.
It’s also worth mentioning that MJ went to college for two years at a time when players didn’t come out of high school and go to the pros. The fact is longevity has never been the benchmark and no one ever cared about it until the media started pushing that for LeBron. No one didn’t care about the points record when Kareem had it or when Karl Malone was aboveJordan. One of the things about people that really believe JORDAN is the goat is the vast majority of the time the argument will never go to his statistics, although championships will be mentioned but people would really tell you all you have to do is just watch him play and it’ll be clearly obvious with the better and more superior player is.

When he came back from retirement in '95 he only played 17 games. So he played 11.5 seasons. He played 2 playoff games in the '86 playoffs & 8 playoff games in the '95 playoffs. So that equals 11 seasons & 45 games total. Look at all of the accolades and accomplishments he earned in such a short time.

Hey man, I get it, we are a product of our time. And this young generation, more than any I think in the past, you all have way more RECENCY BIAS than any other generation. Meaning, you only really care about things that you've seen or been alive for, and have little regard or respect for what came before your time. "We done with the 90s" "They were all plumbers back then". It's all bullshit. What does it say when anyone who ever saw MJ play, whether you cheered for him or against him, still say he's the greatest of all time. And I'm not talking about just common fans, I'm talking other players and greats of the game. We've all seen LeBron play too, and we've always been saying that the LeBron comparison doesn't come close. But this young generation wants to simplify the whole debate because LeBron played longer. I'm glad you took the time to look at it from this statistical lens. And it's good that you watched the Last Dance, because MJ was the culture back then. I still don't think this generation quite understands MJ's affect on the pop culture of the world. He was the most famous person in the world before the age of the internet. But the reason for all of that was because....YES...He was that good.

The damn truth! When Stern went to China in 1987 to promote the NBA all them Chinese heads wanted to talk about was the Red Oxen aka MJ. Even the leader in North Korea collected Bulls memorabilia, and I'm sure it wasn't because of Pippen, Dave Corzine and Granville Waiters. Bird/Magic saved the league but MJ globalized it. Tony Parker said “Jordan was my idol when I was a kid. I had posters of him in my bedroom. And I wanted to be like him, play in the NBA.” Manu Ginobili used to talk to his life-size Jordan poster in his room. He'd mimic MJ’s moves after watching film. He said after watching VHS collection he’d “Sprint to court to try to do some of those things.” The Black Cat inspired future generations of basketball players. He also revolutionized the sneaker industry. It wasn't hyperbole when Deloris Jordan told Sonny Vaccaro "A shoe is just a shoe, until my son steps in it."

I love when younger kids actually go into deep dives and look things up and come up with their own conclusions without being biased.. Great job young man.. you still need to finish watching jordan's historic bulls mixtape. At one point you said kyrie has a better layup package. You should at least finish the video before you make that argument.. I'd definitely watch that reaction too

Big time kudos to you bro for taking the opportunity to research this topic between MJ and LeBronand… it’s never been as close the media makes it out to be…great reaction video… there’s a saying in the mainstream media: whoever controls what you see and hear, h c influences what people think and believe…always best to do your own research… my favorite player is Wilt Chamberlain because of how he dominated on both sides even though he didn’t win many titles, but I’m okay with MJ being the greatest in the NBA. 👍

People need to understand Jordan did the BULK of his stats over 11 years. Two years were basically no impact on his stats. One of those years, he broke his foot and played only 17 games. The other time he came back late from baseball in the season played only 20 games if i remember. SO two season , dead for stats. The other two were washington at 39 and 40 , coming out of retirement (thought both years are underrated) so realistically played 13 years. Someone made a good point the other day. What would happen if jordan played 22 years and Lebron played only 13 years. Would lebron do what he did in a softer league and rules in 13 years and giving jordan 22 years the damage he would do in numbers would be insane.
Great video, very open minded and letting the facts , analytics and stats tell the story.

One thing that I would like to point out, not necessarily as a critique, but fact. Start taking notes at who LeBron is dunking on in his highlights. You’ll notice that it’s either an uncontested lane, someone who is significantly smaller than he is, or a big that’s not very physically imposing that’s likely not even jumping to contest. You also notice LeBron tends to flex on guys better smaller than he is as well.
Compare that with anything that you’ve seen with Michael Jordan taking into account the physicality, but Jordan didn’t care who was in the lane and he had the skill to avoid contact beit in the air or because of his footwork rather than trying to just bulldoze over someone. Just start looking at those details and it becomes even more clear.

It's not that the 3 point shot was a weakness of mj's, in an old interview, he explained how he didn't wanna excel at it, because it took away from his overall phase of game, the quote "fake drive to the hole, penetrate dish off, dunk whatever" and with that type of mentality, he couldn't afford to shoot a lot of 3s

It’s like the terrible competition cap they make. Bro, Shawn Kemp was a beast, and his teammate Gary Payton was a dog on defense. Charles Oakley and Patrick Ewing, Olajuwon who is my GOAT center of all time even over Shaq and Wilt. Barkley, Starks when he was on fire, Reggie Miller, these are stories to make the era sound like the were a bunch of goofies that couldn’t ball. That’s not fact.

Think who comes out on top? You don't even need to think for that, as there is no debate to begin with. Jordan is the GOAT, plain and simple, it's easy.
Yes Jordan played all 82 games almost all of his regular seasons, INCLUDING when he was 40yr old with a busted knee.... Lebron STILL only did it ONCE after 22 years= load managing.
Lebron is only now starting to break records AFTER playing 22 years: most 30 point games, MJ did it after playing 13 full seasons.
Hey Lebron, when are you going to break the most 40+ points games record, as your fans keep calling you the greatest scorer of all time? Here's the answer! NEVER.
MJ: 173 40+ point games (13 full seasons), Lebron 77 40+ point games (22 full seasons).
There are too many reasons to list why Lebron isn't the GOAT.
It's also really funny to see Lebron fans calling him the GOAT, while they're not even aware of all of Lebron's (disappointing) stats........
Btw, respect for watching this video with an open mind and accepting the truth 👍

L Bron is jus a overhyped flopper.. never thought he should be in the goat conversation. LB through his whole career flopped, jumped from team to team. Slacks on defense, doesn't know how to be a leader. He let's players score then he blames his teamates when reality LB is at fault for most losses. Bird is even a way better overall player than LB. Birds another player thts way better than LB.
