That two-tone heritage grill looks great! Personally though I always scratch my head when an owner puts checker plate on the lower sills when it’s not needed. Traditionally the checker plated body parts were to cover or replace those which had rotted out. It just screams “rust!!” To each their own of course. I’ve just never understood why one would make a vehicle that isn’t rusted out, appear to be one that is. If I’m shopping for a 4x4 and it’s got any checker plating anywhere along the bottom or the rear quarter… nope!
@@HeliRy that’s a fair point! I think it’s become a classic look with the cheque plate, even the new defender has it! But yes, it can be a warning sign to check!
So I have got to ask by what name is this company going by these days as the name seems to have been changed several times and according to companies house the company Nene Overland Ltd has been dissolved.
Love them all, but especially that grey ninety with steel wheels.
