I like the car and the power she put down is impressive! 350 or more wheel on pump fuel is proper and what you'd expect (without getting too aggressive with the ignition timing). One thing I'd do is swap in a K24 bottom end. Brent made the right choice supercharging! Great job on the install Mike, Jon and team. From personal experience I can say doing a build like this DIY is very satisfying
Bought me a 09 civic si sedan with 152,000 for 4000$. Clean title one owner. I had a c5 before it so I definitely want to supercharge it. Gonna do new rims, tires first. Then coilovers and wilwood bbk. Fun cheap cars
Direct bolt on but way more work. You have to do wiring for the water pump and the kit also costs 2.5k more then kraftwerks. Also with 8th gen you might have to grind down some stuff.
About to install mine in a week or two, this got me pumped again, so don’t go to limiter with this kit huh? Only makes power up to 8100 ish anyways if I’m right, opinions?
However no one ever mentions how the stupid rotor from rotrex always breaks after 4-5000 km..... mine broke and I wasn't hard on the car at all they never wanted to replace it. Overall it is a fun kit when its not broken.
