I dont know, but some asian countries when its clear you dont need to use the turn signal to enter and exit a junction.

funny thing is they actually had the DBA Premium model (2012) back in one of those closed playtest build of the game, it's anyone's guess of why th they decided to go with the CBA (2007) model instead
