I have to say that your Evercade coverage is the most complete that can be found online and here on RUclips. I think that you deserve to know that you're doing an amazing job. As soon as I'm going to buy this, I'm going to take a look at all your videos again so that I know which cartridges to buy first! 😊 And I won't lose any of your Evercade videos!
Genuinely, the Genesis version of that racing game is better than the SNES version: I do not understand why Evercade doesn't give you both versions in scenarios like this -scenarios as diverse as Aero the Acro Bat and Top Gear / Top Racer.
I had asked them this kind of thing and the reason was because they'd have to license each version like it was a separate game. It didn't even matter if it was two different revisions of the same game for the same system, it would have to be licensed twice and it would reduce the number of games they could include for the price point they are selling the carts for.
I think Summer Challenge and Winter Challenge are a bit better on MS-DOS, but that's not saying a lot. I heard the Olympic based video games from Epyx on Commodore 64 are the better games depending on the platform, which makes me kind of sad that I didn't grow up with that instead. Oh well, at least now we have the Mario & Sonic Olympic game series, which are pretty much better than most Olympic based video games out there.
first piko collection was good this is mehhhhhhhhhh B list games for every system. games you didnt want to play buy or rent back in the day. but ill still buy it lol
So... you're telling me... Eliminator Boat Duel is _a sports game?_ ;-) You never put much emphasis on two player mode, but that's an example of a game worth praising for married couples, or those of us living in sin -but not living alone. ;-)
I'm married and there's no way I'd get my wife to play these games... On the handheld it would be single player anyway, so I'll just focus on the single player aspect.
Evercade should put only the good games on the cartridges: rather quality than quantity.... Some cartridges only have one or two good games on it, the rest is garbage.
I felt the same way about this collection. I wish Blaze would include the better versions of some of these games (i.e. Soccer Kid, Brutal Sports Football, etc). However gotta say I did enjoy Racing Fever abit.
This cart was a bit disappointing. I like sports games, but these ones were tough to figure out and pretty clunky. Top Racer 2 is the exception, as I owned it on SNES as a kid and love it.
Just like with the Jaleco Collection, I held off from buying it due to skepticism. And just like with the Jaleco Collection, it paid off in the end as this collection kinda sucks, which is very disappointing to hear. This is one example why I hope Evercade Vs. will provide us the option to buy games individually if we don't want the full collection, in the case that people might not be interested in most of what they have to offer.

Agree with Aldo. These Evercade videos are great. I am loving every one and you inspired me to hold on to my Evercade!
I have great memories of Summer Challenge, I had it for PC a looooong time ago. Greetings from Europe
I love your channel! Thanks a lot.

Like the video people Crow deserves more views
If anyone could make 32bit remakes of some of the best retro games on the Evercade ! 😉

Gotta admit I was very disappointed with this cartridge. Good honest review.
Really cool
Off topic, very disappointed with Bitmap Brothers upcoming cart. 5 games, and 3 are variations of Speedball?

The PC versions of Summer and Winter Challenge are way better, they could've tried to emulate those versions instead.
This cartridge seems pretty terrible. The only game I'd want to play is Top Racer 2, because it's pretty much Horizon Chase Turbo.

I don't want NES games.i want the real arcade games.disapointed
I wish I didn't remember the Superbowl Shuffle...
I don't like different games systems all mix.
Save for a couple of games this is a trash collection.

Top Gear/Racer 2 and Jim Power make this a must buy for me.
Great video as always.
Looking forward to the next evercade stream.
