I liked that she pulls a “a day in the life,” but I would really love if she developed the second half into its own song. I definitely relate to that feeling and think it deserves it’s own 4 minutes.
listened to this song for the first time walking in the dead of winter in a new city. when the screams kicked in a massive cold gust hit me and i got some major goosebumps. that experience was completely transcendental.
Powerfull music. I got recommended this song from another artist. Vundabar. I recommend their album smell smoke to start with. It compliments this sound.
Lovely! Comforting and strikes deep. With the imagery it makes me feel like some kind of healing night-time experience, with stars and a cool breeze (and maybe a bonfire)
I love this album and just discovered her but ngl the hellish, bloodcurdling screams in this song kind of triggered me and ruined the experience for me. i’ll listen to songs like 17 and pretty pictures but not this
Hey! I’m sorry you had to experience that but this artist has other songs that I think you’ll enjoy! “Kill me”, “What are we gonna do now”, “Take off ur pants”, “I had to leave.”. that’s some songs for ya i recommend
@@summersweat i would argue this isn't considered a song in the standard sense. If anything, this "song" is a form of artistic expression, but no where near an actual song
@@dobetterwill8003 you're right, until it reaches 2:40 where it devolves to nothing but unsettling screams and such. (Nothing wrong with it being unsettling) But this "song" is therefore "ruined" by that addition to it. This is still labeled as a song through and through, I will not deny that, but I find it confusing as its also an artistic piece, this song is telling a story, but by adding a non-musical element to it (the screams) and having it be the main focus of the song for shock value (and to attract the edgy cool kids) it loses itself from being called a song whole heartedly. I feel this song at a level i could never when I first found it

Agreed. Her live version of it is perfect, I wonder if they’ll make an edited version like it.

@@Astupid13NAme its got rhythm. It's got melody. It's got harmony. Please enlighten us as to how this isn't a song as you so pretentiously claimed
