I recently read about the 2021 slate of Foundry artists and I’m always curious about their selections how do I submit for RUclips Music Foundry or Artist on the Rise?

This was great Todd! As constant reader of industry news, I feel that I have a good grasp on the industry however with the insane amount of content needed daily it is rare for a writer to dive into any thoughts or perspectives. I think having a seasoned music industry give some perspective to things like this is awesome. Keep them coming 💯

what is the criteria to be accepted can you tell us where to find this informations. I did not really understand what that consist on thank you in advance

Are their any programs for non emerging independent artists

Thank you again - Interesting video- at what stage should an artist apply for these programmes?
There are lots of programs like this, and I’m looking for weekly and monthly new artist spotlights in blogs and playlists too. For each program I would look at the last artists to be accepted and work towards a similar level of achievement. I also think an artist should feel like things are starting to pick up on streaming and social media. As soon as you think you are somewhat competitive, I would submit. Don’t wait too long.
