Despite the fact that, canonically, all of them have the power of cosmic, a fierce hunger for his squishy insides, and they're stuck on a planet that full of other zombie variants who are strong even without the power of cosmic. Oh, and he's also slowly being killed by a parasite alien demon thing that would look for a stronger and possibly undead host if Doom expelled it immediately. There's a reason why we don't see the fight, because literally no explanation could be given as to why Doom could take them all on alone and survive.

But it's not that hard to believe that he could hold them off until finding a way to escape to another universe. What doesn't make sense is that even though this story proves Ultimate Doom to be the most powerful being in the room when The Ultimates and FF are there, somehow Thing casually kills him in Ultimatum

Doom is supposed to be the villain remember and most of the times he’s right and reed is just seething also he once caused latveria to regress cuz he couldn’t let doom just keep his people safe and happy
It's such a shame Sue went from a kind caring mother who was enraged at the zombies for eating her children and hated her husband for being fascinated with the undead too another zombie who just wants to eat and died in rage. Not only that but she hasn't mentioned or thought about her children once after turning and feels ok with turning others into zombies despite upon Reeds instructions. Like why? Why is she ok with infecting others all the sudden? I mean aside from Reed who has gone insane...her, Ben and Johnny upon turning suddenly end up sadistic evil zombies rather than unfortunate victims to a disease they can't fight. I said this before and I'll say it again, the zombie behavior is inconsistent! Zombie Sue Storm died probably not thinking about her children, probably not looking back on her old life before everything went wrong...she died just as an enraged evil zombie who wanted to keep going to eat and kill and nothing else...a shame.
When they hunger they become much more sadistic, they don’t think about anything they’ve done, like how Iron Man used Spider-Man’s guilt about killing his aunt and wife to confirm that he had eaten flesh.

The hunger should only be like a torture that drives them to eating more but if they retain their intelligence why does reason get pushed aside. if offered a cure you'd think they'd be all for it.

Marvel Zombies (an Alternate Universe where your favourite Heroes and Villains are The Flesh Eating Creatures, and it’s technically all Reed Richards fault because he thought Zombies are The Human’s Next Evolution and he even go far and infected Johnny, Ben and even Susan with The Virus and even let them bit him and The Fantastic Four are now Zombies, who of all The Zombified Heroes became The Villains, all The Other Zombies do horrifying things like keep eating everyone like The Silver Surfer and even Galactus himself but they are Zombies doing what Zombies do with Powers, The Zombie Fantastic Four on the other hand always are like an Evil version of themselves and they loved doing it when they slaughtered everyone like flys)
The Zombie Fantastic Four are pretty much proven what would happened if The Fantastic Four was evil (I mean all of them got different Powers, like Mr. Fantastic can stretch, Invisible Woman can go invisible and can created force shield or even weapons, The Human Torch can go on Fire and can even fly and then you got The Thing who is one of The Hero that can face The Hulk by himself, if they was Evil, there is no escaping from them, combined that Reed is Smart, Zombie Reed is smart enough to trick Ultimate Reed so image he can do that to someone like us, we would be dead in a minute)

I love the way Greg Land drew the marvel zombies. The art in the zombies tie in issues of ultimate F4 were incredible and very creepy.
