KB Homes does the cheap looking wire racks in their closets
@@cr8zie ahh good to know. I don’t sell a lot of KB homes. lol 😂
Smart buyer.. Why pay the property tax forever on $100k worth of flooring? Close with the builder free stuff and make it your own! Great choice!
@@PlayedTV for sure. They saved over $60k in flooring by hiring another company to put it in.
LVP is a really bad idea for a house of this price point. It would cheapen it a lot. Use real hardwood floors, people!
@@jaycee_9999 not really they have expensive LVP that looks like real wood. We don’t do real wood flooring in Las Vegas. Our desert climate is not suitable for it.
@@favoritelasvegasrealtor Telling people to put plastic floors in a 2-3m home is real estate malpractice. Ever wonder why they put engineered hardwood in the models? It is dimensionally stable and perfectly suitable for our climate.
@@jaycee_9999 lol great joke. You said hardwood floors, there's difference between hardwood floors and engineered wood floors. I have seen model homes with both types of flooring. Ultimately it's not my choice, it's the buyers choice in their preference for flooring. If they have pets, engineered hardwood is not sustainable. You do you job and I will do mine. Obviously you don't know what is available in flooring these days.
@@favoritelasvegasrealtor I was talking about engineered hardwood flooring. And yes, it is definitely available in flooring. You are clueless and hopefully your clients ignore your bad advice.
@@jaycee_9999 again it is personal preference. I am definitely not clueless and know that engineered hardwood floors are available. If you listen to the video, I say that my clients went with an LVP, did I say that I advised them on it? No. Pay attention before you speak. I recommended not going with the builders LVP b/c they were charging $103k for the whole house. I love LVP and some LVP are more expensive than engineered hardwood floors. They have come a long way over they years. I sell a lot of homes and know a lot more than you do.
