It's a shame when Marcos and his sugar cane cronies was kicked out they also took the train and the safe means of transportation in Iloilo. This kid does not know, I left in 1989 there's still a decent passenger train from Iloilo to the north of Panay. It was actually the most popular transportation at that time. I asked my cousins what happened to the railroad tracts and trains, they said the people themselves sold them and some made them into caldero and bolo ( pots and knives).
Nice video Mike as always, I love those old trains. If you like steam trains go to my channel and type in " Mocanita Steam Engine Train " and watch my video of the train that takes you from the Vasser Valley of Romania to the Ukraine border. It's about a two minute video, not long at all.
Believe it or not, Brother Mike, in small towns, across the fruited pains in he bush, they STILL close between 1200-1300. I guess there aren't enough customers to remain open. It took me quite a while to adjust my schedule to this nonsense. LOL!
Great video mike
