They made two versions, one with the 23 channel dial and one with the 40 channel dial. I have both, and have a video of it being used on 10 meters. Having the frequency counter really helps with them. Some of them will go from 28.5 to 28.3 with a simple adjustment, but if someone has "peaked" it for the freeband it will require a realignment. The biggest obstacle is the 8950 final tube. If it's bad replacement is expensive.

Then you tell the buyer the cost. They send you a USPS money order for the total, you cash it at the Post Office, drop off the radio at the shipping store, and email the tracking number to the buyer. Easy pickins!
