Hij maakte zijn tekst naar aanleiding van het verslag van Leo Pagano en zong het in de rust en na afloop van de wedstrijd met "De Karekieten". "Viva Hollandia" is een Nederlandse tekst op een Keuls carnavalslied "Viva Colonia".

"Viva Hollandia"isn't the original.The original song is by a German Band with the name Höhner.In the original the song is to be called"Viva Colonia".
