watched thousands of house design videos & talagang very well planned nito. I am shocked na for such a small area, may malaking kitchen w/ lots of countertop space, may backdoor (most small houses wla), may carport, may lanai sa likod na pwdng gawing laundry, dirty kitchen at bbq area, at may 3 BEDROOMS!
i am actually more into tiny loft house desings but nung nakita q to i thought pwdng pwdng ito narin bahay q in the future. it's very efficient.

I am honestly watching house designs for a long time but this is the first time I've seen such a wonderful use of space for book shelves and my favorite is the layout of kitchen and the door to outside. Also, with the fact that it has 3 bedrooms in a small lot? Wow! I mean, just WOW! Keep it up!
