S.N. Word Meaning/
1. Accused The person Against whom , criminal proceedings are being initiated
2. Bail The accused are being released on bail
3. Bailable offence The offence which has been classified as Bailable offence. In Which the accused will get the bail as a matter of right
4. Bailable Warrant The accused will be released on bail by the police officer after filing the bail bond /surety
5. Non Bailable Warrant The police officer will arrest the accused and produced before the court
6. Charge Charge includes any head of charge , when the charge contains more head than one
7. Charge sheet When the Investigation complete and the Police Officer found the accused guilty, he filed the charge sheet
8. Compliant Complaint means any allegation made orally or in writing to a Magistrate ,with a view to his taking action in this code,
9. Court of Session
10. C.J.M Chief Judicial Magistrate
11. First Information Report Every Information relating to the commission of a cognizable offence given orally or in writing to the officer in charge of a police station
12. Inquiry means every inquiry, other than a trial, conducted under this code, by a Magistrate or Court
13. Investigation Investigation means all the proceedings under this code for the collection of evidence conducted by a police officer
14. Investigation Officer The Police officer , who investigate commission of any offence
15. Judicial Proceeding Judicial Proceedings ,includes any proceedings in the course of which evidence is or may be legally taken on oath
16. Cognizable Offence Congniziable offence means , an offence in which a police officer can arrest without warrant
17. Non Cognizable Offence Non Congniziable offence means , an offence in which a police officer can not arrest without warrant
18. Public Prosecutor Advocate appointed to conducted the pleas of a state
19. Station House Officer (SHO) The Person In Charge of A Police Station
20. Victim The person sufferer in the criminal case, the person against whom crime has been committed

During the running status of any suit if any interim order is passed by the court for eg. To pay cost,or to produce any documents rather the case is not finally disposed of, that order must be executed by the party without any if or buts in the compliance of the court order

सर प्रार्थी स्माल आर्म्स फैक्ट्री कानपुर में दरवान पद पर कार्यरत हैं। प्रार्थी को एक सोची समझी साजिश के तहत परेशान किया जा रहा है। प्रार्थी ने लगभग 10 साल से विभिन्न प्रकार के प्रार्थना पत्र दिए। लेकिन कोई भी कार्यवाही नहीं की गई। प्रार्थी ने मजबूर होकर सेवानिवृत्ति के लिए भी प्रार्थना-पत्र दिया। लेकिन उस पर भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई। प्रार्थी के पुत्र को जानसे मारने की कोशिश करने के बाद अरमापुर इस्टेट से जबरन निकाला जा रहा है। प्रार्थी के पास रहने के लिए कानपुर मे कोई भी जगह नही जब प्रार्थी रहेगा नही तो ड्यूटी भी नही कर सकेगा। अब हमे आत्महत्या के अलावा कोई दूसरा रास्ता नहीं दिख रहा है। आप बताईये हम क्या करें।
