Excellent Discussion, love to rehear another round, Sir(s). But Sushant Singh Rajput is an open case where Investigation has not been proper yet as an individual’s opinion and plus Ten Cases of Scams & gruesome murder in W.B do not find Justice.
Law practice and all arguments in court must be in local language or in Hindi for all common man to understand deeply and court should not become a torture chamber for rural or urban people. Power of money should not function in manipulating judgements by bribing by rich people. God fearing humbled down judges should be there. Collegium system must be scrapped down and judges should also go through tough test. Only talented and real justice doers impartial people must chosen.

May be to register FIR one has to grease the palm of the top of the police department or even the chief minister of the state under whom the police is supposed to work and nobody else's work. If one goes to police station with a view to register FIR in respect of heinous or cognizable crime committed, he will be asked, have you come by Car ?. What has to do with registration of a crime and Car ?
