Yes it reminds us of what happened. Bruno does not want to give to much away. Like me it will make you watch and that is brilliant, to able to hold viewers and give us just a little and we we want to see more.
4:16 Beware the Court of Owls, that watches all the time, Ruling Gotham from a shadowed perch, behind granite and lime. They watch you at your hearth, they watch you in your bed. Speak not a whispered word about them, or they'll send the Talon for your head.
Dude just because he's Asian doesn't mean he isn't portraying the character perfectly. Grant Gustin on the Flash is brunette instead of blonde but people still love him because he is playing the character extremely well. Would you rather have a white actor but who may possibly be worse at acting just because this Hugo Strange is Asian? Also how many Asian actors are there on American TV anyway who don't do Kung Fu or teach a white kid how to do karate or be a pathetic nerd? The only good ones I see are Glenn from walking dead & this Hugo strange
seifer gr Yes, really...and yes, I know Strange isn't Asian. However, the actor playing him on Gotham portrays him in a fashion that I would imagine a younger Hugo Strange would be like, plus he looks pretty close to various incarnations of Strange thru out the years. "Filthy casuals"...just because some of us have lives outside of the Batman comics (unlike you, who apparently takes it way too seriously) doesn't mean we are clueless about the series and those involved with it. It just means we can accept various interpretations of characters and not react like a child when others appreciate them. You should try it sometimes, "Mr. Hardcore Comics Guy"... otherwise, you'll keep coming across as the living embodiment of the fat comic book nerd on the Simpsons.
I truly love Gotham and it is one of the best Comic Book TV shows around (CW - still got mad love for your shows too). However, they need to speed up Bruce's aging to catch up to the madness of the villains. By the time Bruce hits his early 20s to become Batman, Gotham will be burning ash by then. I think Batman's villains are some of the most creative in all of comics, but with this many powerful villains already, the timeline is starting to make little sense. I know this isn't canon, but things are moving at hyper speed here. DC knows many of these villains appear AFTER Batman is introduced - many are a RESULT of Batman's existence.
hey im not complaining and the last thing i seen of Gotham was when Galavaint beat the crap out of Gordon that was the last episode i seen. And do you see me crying, NO. Cuz i dont get anal over spoilers, its not the end of the world.
For the little that was shown for Season 3 it actually looks so frickin' awesome. People hate on Fish & Barbra sooooo much but I actually enjoy them on the show. To another great Gotham Season!!
nice Hugo strange... they need to make a new series following Bruce Wayne travelling the world, becoming the batman. there's so much story in that, go to France to be a detective, north Korea to train under master kirirgi. there can be an amazing story to this!
Without Bats there would no one of them exist and Gordon would be dead. long time ago, Look at Freeze they made him a Joke , and no Joker no Batman so fuck that Series
I believe the court was part of his life as a kid anyway. I think he grew up hearing stories about the court from his father and then investigated the court after his parents' subsequent deaths.Having said that...they will still screw it all up lol

+Bran Tse Mallory the Joker being red hood is just one story of the jokers back story. he has many that's why it's a mystery. and the Bruno Heller the executive producer said Jerome won't be a character who shows up once and disappears. he said "it's the beginning of the story of how the joker became to be, how the joker was created and where he came from" he said that in reference to Jerome. now that can mean Jerome is still the inspiration for the future joker or he will somehow be bought back and later become the joker.
no, scarecrow is young but it shows you how he got into chemicals, catwoman is young but it shows you her teaching bruce how to skulk and do detective-like things. Only older villains like croc, strange, freeze and that are shown. It's a show about Jim Gordon how he deals with Gotham's crimeworld.

What? 10 years later or something? It's not that long, most of the villains so far have been fairly young. They'd be older than Batman obviously but not 'old'.
+Jørgen A yeah if the guy playing batman is like 15 in 10 years he would be 25 old enough to be batman but he would have met all his villains before heck azreal got a rocket to the face and died. So he's not coming back
+TheSilverstang66 they completely threw that idea out the window, now it's just a mess, it feels like the writers are just flying by the seat of their pants, with no direction, just random stuffing of villains!
God damn it, Jada Pinkett Smith is such a terrible actress-at least in her role at Fish Mooney. She just DOES NOT sell it, she is not intimidating enough or scary, over acts like fucking crazy. FUCK. I was so excited, but now I gotta deal with her again.
I think she was right when she said that her character was only there to aid the Penguins story. There was no real point in bringing her back. This a major issue with a lot of tv shows. When it´s time to let go, then you should let them go.
I really hope Gotham lasts as long as Smallville, if not longer, where we get to see Bruce struggling within himself and finally doning the batsuit towards the last seasons.
in reference to the Jerome being the joker and to answer any questions yall may have about jerome being the joker this is what executive producer Bruno Heller said- "The true beginning of the joker saga- the first page of the first chapter that brings the villain known as the joker to life". "The beginning of the joker arc" "This is not someone who is just a character who is going to disappear. This is not a red herring. it's the beginning of the story of how the joker became to be, how the joker was created, where he came from, who he is. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean that Cameron monaghan (who played jerome) is the joker. He might be. But like I say, this is a story that begins about seven or eight years before the actual joker arrives on the scene in his fully fledged persona. As we're telling with all of these characters, the origin story of that villain (referring to the joker) begins with ["The Blind fortune Teller]" so I hoped that helped about your questions of Jerome being the joker or not
Jada can not play her role properly and whenever she talks I cringe. maybe the character could have been better with a different actor but right now shes the worst character on the show. the only thing i can forgive about bringing her back is that they also brought Jerome back.
Someone in charge of the show should go ahead and officially state that Gotham is an Elseworlds story and then they can start young Bruce off on the way to becoming Batman now by running around and doing more masked vigilante stuff...
That's because they're presentations for Comic Con, not just a normal trailer to be released. But they're still showing plenty of footage. We're still a couple months away, at least, so they could show us, you know… nothing?
I enjoy the show, but I am bothered by the age difference between Bruce and some of his future alter ego's rogues gallery. It seems like by the time the Bat is patrolling Gotham at least a few of them will be too old to take him on. Still, I'll keep watching. Even if the show devolves into 1960's camp it'll be better than the "reality TV" drivel the networks are peddling these days.
Well, the already established villains are pretty consistent with Bruce's age from the comics: Penguin: older than Batman Riddler: older than Batman Scarecrow: marginally older than Batman Catwoman: around the same age as Batman Ivy: marginally younger than Batman Strange: older than Batman Freeze: older than Batman Firefly: around the same age as Batman Joker: unknown, presumably around the same age as Batman
+NeonTime he's not the mad hatter. they already casted the mad hatter. it was all over Facebook. the mad hatter is being played by a guy who was on the walking dead
I've watched this for 2 seasons, will probably continue watching the upcoming 3rd, but I'm not sure what direction they're taking this. The idea of pre-batman gotham to explore Gordon and some of the origins of the more notable villains is an interesting concept and welcomed, but sometimes I feel it's getting a little over the top and losing focus. I have to say I'm disappointingly distracted by the bad acting, as well. Gordon is somewhat predictable and I feel he wears the constipated look on his face all too often. What's up with Dr. Hugo Strange ?.. he was this calm and calculating intelligent villain, but at the end, he totally freaked out and became like this wimpy character who was scrambling to get the hell out. I don't know?.. it just seems like 2 different personalities that didn't match with what you've seen then with later. There are some good moments, but I find the characters are too 2-dimensional and act mostly in one predictable fashion and a bit cheesy, unfortunately. Ok, I'll take one more example.. Fish attacks that bus carrying all the freaks.. at the same time, Butch happens to be attacking the same thing.. then he sees Fish and him and his crew run off in a panic.. wth? they all have guns and he's holding the biggest one of them all with the minigun.. he (they) don't think they can take on Fish? Yeah, the dialogue, acting and characters feel a little too flat and dumbed down.. it's like what you'd expect to see from a cartoon series.. I think they need to ramp up and give the audience and fans some credit to have some intelligence to appreciate and absorb a richer story and create more dynamic and compelling characters who are less corny in their portrayal and interactions. I'll say it again, they really need to get rid of Jim Gordon's constipated face he's always wearing.
hey i like your coment, i wanted to ask you something, i like batman a lot, and ive only watched one episode of gotham, would you recomend me watched the series? i havent watched it cause it seems a bit cartoonish, they think that just cause they filmed in a grey filter they think its immediately more serious
I think you get where I'm coming from. I'm a big batman fan, also, and I was hopeful for what Gotham had to offer as a batman spin-off, essentially. Hmm.. there's only 2 seasons so far, so not really that much time to commit to catching up and seeing what they've put out so far. I say keep your expectations on the low side and you may come out more pleasantly surprised overall by the end of 2nd season. It's an interesting perspective and take, but I still won't hesitate to say the acting, dialogue and holes in some of the stories and sub-plots aren't that great. Again, it all feels a little hokey and not for a mature audience.. for kids.. maybe it is for kids, but it also seems dark and supposedly serious enough for adults.. I don't know.. it's like watching Star Wars prequels, episode 1-3.. yeah, that's exactly what it feels like. Sure, you'd love to see what was before and the origins of a lot of the major players, but the characters were so dull, dialogues were also equally boring and uninspiring and dumbed down.. and as great a story you might think a prequel (which is what Gotham essentially is to the popular batman universe we know) would, could and should be.. it was poorly executed.. a lot of eye candy, but shallow characters and less intriguing story... you can't help feel there are some wasted talents along with the way they played out some significant characters. If you have the time and are really curious, then check it out and judge for yourself. This is my humble opinion on the series.. despite my mostly less than positive thoughts, I think I will end up continuing to watch when season 3 comes out... just because it's batman related and there are spots of interesting moments.. but, if they continue on this course and still fails to lift my opinions by the end of season 3, I'm not sure if I can see myself following the show beyond season 3. Jim Gordon, lose the constipated look!.. I'm not kidding, if you watch the series, you will easily start to spot this look. BTW, if I wanted it to be somewhat more cartoonish.. seriously, I'd rewatch Batman The Animated Series.. that's actually got better and deeper characters and stories, imho... and it still comes across as less cartoony than Gotham.
I feel as if this isn't supposed to be the Gotham we know but as a earth three parallel universe, or something along the line of that.... because wasn't Barbara Kean a good guy in the comics?
This series lost its identity since it began airing. I really hope this season will put this series to a respectable end. Because I can't even imagine what they're going to do in season 4.
I'm honestly not getting the hate that Jada Pinkett is receiving for playing Fish....her character is one of the best on the show. A complete wildcard and i love what they've done with the character (in terms of bringing her back and revamping her with now powers). The only thing i can think of is to why the hate is so large is because her being black and being a female.
because everything has to be about sex and race right? maybe dislike her because she's not from Batman lore and therefore not needed in the slightest bit. She doesn't exist in the comics, therefore she needn't ever exist.
+Shambhala94 most of the show puts a different spin on Batman lore, if it was a televised version of the comics it would be boring as fuck. I say good on Gotham for having the balls to create a new, interesting character
No it's cause she doesn't exist she's a Fake character. Just like Daryl in TWD and she is God awful. She just tried to cash in on DC Because her Husband is in Suicide Squad. I'm Also Not Happy with him Deadshot.
I really want another Penguin and Riddler team up again!! Favourite 2 characters on the show and they both work amazingly with each other!! Bring on Season 3
Everyone's talking about how bad the trailer was instead of the new footage (even though it wasn't much) But I'm soooo excited to see a Fish Mooney and Cat reunion :)
Guys, don't be mislead. The ending where Alfred is facing off against the guy with the mask is NOT in season 2. Just thought I'd say that so you won't get confused.
Ooh. That recap reminded me of Mr Freeze. It was so well made, that I never thought something like an ice power could actually really be a scary thing. Ice powers are portrayed in a lot of movies, where someone gets frozen and then shatters, but Gotham's Mr Freeze was the one that made me realize it is actually scary, I don't know if it is just me. Flash's captain cold did not really give off that threatening vibe.
i think they've slightly missed the concept of 'season 3 trailer'.
hahahah
😂
lol ikr
Understatement at its best!
easily lmao.. majority was season 2 ...
This trailer got me so exited for season 2 ! When is it coming out ?
that's the joke
Boy did that go over your head. Lol
when the trailer so good you forget what season you on
HAHAHA
you're kind of late
more like…three minutes and half of recap, and 30 seconds of teaser
right
Gonna say I thought I was watching the wrong thing
naaah even the 30 sconds was Crap :p
Yes it reminds us of what happened. Bruno does not want to give to much away. Like me it will make you watch and that is brilliant, to able to hold viewers and give us just a little and we we want to see more.
does Gordon really need lee now she got with deadpool
Lol xD
what if you go from a doctor to the daughter of snow white
***** what those mean
Oh my god season 2 looks great guys
Lol
omg
i know right!? cant wait to see it again! xD
this is season 3 :)
+ps4 Gamer I know it's sarcasm, since it's basically s recap of season 2 I made that "joke"
so basically a 4 minute recap of season 2 that we didnt need to see and like 30 seconds of new footage. *slow clap*
😂Right
sooooo a copy of a comment that is literally right behind you.
Soft Endy havent seen any of those so i couldn't tell if it was copied anyway.
At least it was well-edited.
I was thinking the same thing
Season 3 trailer
Mostly Season 2 Footage
= clickbait
bruce wayne clone
Yes, but TWD ended on cliffhanger so if they had shown a bunch of new footage, they might have spoiled the reveal. What was Gotham's excuse?
You honestly did not watch or did not pay attention to the last episode of Season 2.
They don't want to spoil a lot
Guys, this is a Season 2 recap with some scenes from Season 3, just a first look! The "real" trailer will come yet.
More trailers?! My heart can't handle all this hype!
I know, it´s like Christmas all over again
Yeah... So many trailers
I know. DC ones, Marvel ones, ones from tv shows..... there's so many!
This was 4 minutes of recap and like 35secs of trailer.
+supervegeta101 so?
2:38 Gordon to Bruce: "You need to be better."
(What Gordon is Really trying to say aka Translation)
Gordon to Bruce: "You need to be *Batman!*"
The trailer for Season 3 Begins in 4:15

Thx the beginning looks like it's fanmade :/
4:16
Beware the Court of Owls, that watches all the time,
Ruling Gotham from a shadowed perch, behind granite and lime.
They watch you at your hearth, they watch you in your bed.
Speak not a whispered word about them, or they'll send the Talon for your head.
"I'll just have to duck..."
+SalmonberryTeaGameFilmHD I get it DUCK
+SalmonberryTeaGameFilmHD you could also try to pigeon
So that dude in the all black with the mask is the court of owls body guard dude?
i got excited at that part
Was hoping to see Jerome open his crazy eyes at the very end of the video but noooope :(
#BringBackJerome
+Masir Javed #JeromeLivesMatter
BossHalo219 #MakeJeromeGreatAgain
I was hoping that at the end of the trailer we could hear his laugh. :(
+Hellen Vanian me too 😭😢
A five minute trailer on season 3 with 95% footage from season 2. Good trailer....
It was supposed to be a recap but true
My thought exactly. I mean, the series kicks ass, but why such a useless trailer ?!
Exactly
+Guillaume THEVENIN they probably don't want to reveal to much that's what I like about Gotham it's so mysterious
BETTER THAN MOVIE TRAILERS where THEY SPOIL EVERYTHING
TABITHA IS ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND BARBARA LOOKS SO BADASS!! Can't wait for the season 3!
Agreed
I really hope we see more of them in season 3 !!!!!!!!!!
Barbitha ship is strong in this trailer.
tabitha is hot!! tat tits are sexy as hell!!
Looks good...and excellent casting choice for Hugo Strange!
Too bad all those scenes from him were from last season and he most likely won't be involved in this season at all...
+JAC 073 did you not see him and fish near the end
really? do u know strange aint asian ? actually character is nothing like the retarted version in this show.but filthy casuals are clueless so cheers
Dude just because he's Asian doesn't mean he isn't portraying the character perfectly. 4:11 for new footage
thanks my friend!
THANK YOU THIS IS DESESPERATING
+Nahuel Vivanco am I seeing this right? Is that Bruce in a wig? I pray it's a hallucination.
Actually it's clone of Bruce Wayne not a hallucination.
+Martin Rodríguez ok. What's with the hair though? It's a clone but why does it have long hair?
"My name is Fish Mooney Bitch" best quote of the season 😂😂
The road so far trailer .. carry on my wayward son should be under this trailer :D
xD I get it
Owyeah Supernatural fan here
+Knight Yagami supernatural season 1-5 right here
Yep bro
really copping supernatural there they have all ready done that
I truly love Gotham and it is one of the best Comic Book TV shows around (CW - still got mad love for your shows too). Best thing DC has done. And my favourite show since Spartacus: Blood and Sand
Brace yourself
TRAILERS ARE FREAKING COMING I JUST DCANT
More like Bruce yourself
I'll leave.
+Nathan Lopez Go
So this Bruce is on his way to being Batman? Glad to see everyone back
Well that was a lame trailer. Still gonna watch though
Dreamer When and where, babe?
Dreamer Okay. I mean if you don't want to fuck yourself, how could anyone possibly want to fuck you?
He is Talon, or rather will be.
+Zander BURN!
***** I don't beg lol. Maybe you accidentally wrote about yourself
I don't give a good goddamn about Fish Mooney, I don't care if her husband IS Deadshot.
Now where's Jerome? He was fun.
Was it me or did i just saw Alfred Attacked by the GREEN HORNET? LOL!
At least it wasn't the Seth Rogan version.
I think that was Dr. Hurt.
I tought the same, well they are same universe and in that comedy of Batman show they had a duel....
no that was Krrish
I thought the same thing lol.
Too many villains. Gotham is going to have very little character development and tons of fast food style story from the looks of it.
then go watch daredevil
Then what about game of thrones ? We can't say anything yet..first two seasons were great !!
Did you _watch_ it? It's already a piece of shit.
jokes on you because some of us LOVE FAST FOOD and want 2 die early so
ha, since when did die early became a perk lol?
well this was more of recap on season 2
How to spoil season 2 in less than 5 mins.
It has season 2 spoilers... you can spoil something no matter how old it is. As long as they have not seen it it is spoiling.
yes, it has parts of season 2 in it, but again, season 2 was over quite a while ago LMAO
+Brad Dollahite however it only went up on Netflix at the start of the week.
hey im not complaining and the last thing i seen of Gotham was when Galavaint beat the crap out of Gordon that was the last episode i seen. And do you see me crying, NO. Cuz i dont get anal over spoilers, its not the end of the world.
+Brad Dollahite no because you're an idiot who wasn't interested enough not watch the rest of the episode
Season 3 better end with Jerome or we riot
Jerome was at the very end of the last episode of season 2. He'll be back soon.
But...he dead
who?
Hugo can bring back the dead.
yup
This video should be renamed "Season 2 re-cap with a hint of season 3"
Haha right? half way through the video i thought it was fan made.
i was just about to give it a thumbs down for bad fan made trailer... LOL. Then i rushed to the end... oh...
For the little that was shown for Season 3 it actually looks so frickin' awesome. People hate on Fish & Barbra sooooo much but I actually enjoy them on the show. To another great Gotham Season!!
thanks for 4 minutes of what we've already seen, best trailer ever!
This popped up in my recommended and I thought they were reviving this show for a sec
Yep, that was definitely Talon.
Looked like Seth Rogan's Green Hornet lol
*****
That's so true
I was thinking the same thing lol. But more like the old tv show the Green Hornet.
+ecwdown I was thinking that too!
its the Riddler , not Jesse Eisenberg btw
Come on, we want a trailer, not a recap. 3 minutes in and still nothing new.
Just skip to @4:13. THat's where the actual season 3 trailer starts.
You know a trailer is great when it makes you want to watch the previous season than the season it's teasing.
The last seconds look great, wish they showed more of season 3 tho
so basicly Batman's enemies are older than him...
Apparently...I wonder when we'll see batman
Like way older. They're even doing adult poison ivy next season
not all. we see a pretty young joker and the making of scarecrow at one point. harvey dent also looks in his twenties and ivy is younger than bruce
+NeonTime Poison ivy is Bruce's age. She is one of Selina's homeless friends. She's appeared many times already.
like in dc comics. Idiot
nice Hugo strange...
they need to make a new series following Bruce Wayne travelling the world, becoming the batman. there's so much story in that, go to France to be a detective, north Korea to train under master kirirgi. there can be an amazing story to this!
and as he travels through Asia....hears whispers of the lady called Shiva...
Please dont
u read my mind
even jim growing a mustache, penguin getting fatter.
Without Bats there would no one of them exist
and Gordon would be dead. long time ago, Look at Freeze they made him a Joke , and no Joker no Batman so fuck that Series
Gotham Official Comic-Con Season 2 Recap*
They're gonna screw up The Court of Owls by introducing them too soon in Bruce's life.
They've already screwed up to much by introducing them to early.
Mr. Freeze
Hugo Strange
Azrael
And Firefly.
Harvey Dent
I believe the court was part of his life as a kid anyway. I think he grew up hearing stories about the court from his father and then investigated the court after his parents' subsequent deaths.Having said that...they will still screw it all up lol
+Tyrone Bonas it was, these people don't know wat they are talking about
don't forget scarecrow
where is MR. J
They've already had the Red Hood in. If you'd been watching you'd of seen him... Joker won't be around for a long time yet - DC have told them no messing with certain backstories - Joker is one of those they cannot touch, same with Two Face, hes there as just Harvey Dent but they won't show his origin as Bats is still a kid.

Bran,
Two Face would be hard to do without Batman anyways all due considered.
so your telling me, all of batmans villians, were already villians b4 he was batman?
He's a child
Lalo Lezama this is the shit they do. just make a show on HBO with the actual bat fighting some of these clowns. we know his origin already
no, scarecrow is young but it shows you how he got into chemicals, catwoman is young but it shows you her teaching bruce how to skulk and do detective-like things. Only older villains like croc, strange, freeze and that are shown. It's a show about Jim Gordon how he deals with Gotham's crimeworld.
Yes but think of it like this:
Normally Gotham creates the criminals that result in the death of the Waynes, which results in Bruce becoming Batman which ultimately acts as a batsignal for all these supercriminals to show up.

DemonEyeX whatever the case. a superstitious cowardly lot.... they plan and plan but they always get caught. they need better bat shows though
this was literally a waste of my time...it was a recap of season two and a small glimpse of season 3
What more did you expect they barely just started filming
+Dylan Gaddy oh...well they shouldn't have made a trailer with so little filming done..
agreed but its just to get everyone pumped up for the new season
you know they are still doing the season 3 right??? it's not like a movie trailer idiot
Nawww i feel it. Its more of a teaser really. 4 minutes if recap and 55 seconds of teasers.
I like the show but won't these guys all be in nursing homes by the time Bruce is batman?
Right. Except Freeze. His icy disposition slows his age i think.
What? 10 years later or something? It's not that long, most of the villains so far have been fairly young. They'd be older than Batman obviously but not 'old'.
You're right, but don't let that fact be an obstacle for a repetitive joke/comment
+Jørgen A yeah if the guy playing batman is like 15 in 10 years he would be 25 old enough to be batman but he would have met all his villains before heck azreal got a rocket to the face and died. So he's not coming back
its not rocket LOL. It i a bazooka I think. xD
I still don't regret not finishing the first season and leaving this show
At least you gave them a chance. I still don't regret not watching it in the first place.
+Mr. NoDaysOff They should have focused more on the Police and Mob and less on Bruce Wayne.
+TheSilverstang66 I wouldn't know. Once I heard they were making this show without Batman, Robin, or Bruce as a young Robin, I tuned out immediately.
I stopped looking at the show because they were bringing in the villains too early
When it´s time to let go, then you should let them go.
you nailed it with your opinion. my thoughts exactly. heres hoping she wont get too much screen time.
Totally agree. Gotham is one of the most entertaining series on at the moment, but she is bloody awful! It was so much better off without her.
I think shes great at her role. shes a fucking bad ass villain.
I really hope Gotham lasts as long as Smallville, if not longer, where we get to see Bruce struggling within himself and finally doning the batsuit towards the last seasons.
Was that Talon at the end?
i think its going to be a depiction of the 'old' talons
xDDD
I thought it was Riddler.
Green Hornet?
Yeah, he looks like Kato.
in reference to the Jerome being the joker and to answer any questions yall may have about jerome being the joker this is what executive producer Bruno Heller said-
"The true beginning of the joker saga- the first page of the first chapter that brings the villain known as the joker to life".
"The beginning of the joker arc"
"This is not someone who is just a character who is going to disappear. As we're telling with all of these characters, the origin story of that villain (referring to the joker) begins with ["The Blind fortune Teller]" so I hoped that helped about your questions of Jerome being the joker or not
when you realise season 2 isnt even on netflix
Actual trailer starts at 4:15
why did they have to bring back mooney? why why why why WHY WHY WHY WHY!?
Fish is a badass! I was sad when she died
+Richard Grunwald why cuz she is black dude she is a dope badass character
What's wrong with Fish? I seriously don't get the hate. We get a modern Eartha Kitt in a Batman universe.
+James Chiofalo I totally agree. all of these people are hating on fish but I don't get why, she is wonderful and doesn't need all this hate
Jada can not play her role properly and whenever she talks I cringe. maybe the character could have been better with a different actor but right now shes the worst character on the show. the only thing i can forgive about bringing her back is that they also brought Jerome back.
im nearly finished season 2 😭😭😭 i want season 3 so bad!!
What a bad trailer. Most of it showing what happen in the last season. We dont get actual new footage for season 3 until the last 30 seconds
so much for showing off season 3. this is all season 2 recap
I'm really disappointed of this trailer o.O 3 minutes : season 2 1 minute : season 3
Thanks for giving away the whole season, guys.
wait!! is that kato in the end shot?
I think it's one of the Court of the Owls assassins, if I'm correct and that was a Court mask on the table at 4:16...
+Secretz316 yes that is a court of the owls mask and the guy at the end is most likely talon xD
Looks like Talon, damn, I can't imagine this story without Batman, they've gone for a big game too early.
+Nikita Kress just imagine the gotham show as a new comic book origin story for everyone
Someone in charge of the show should go ahead and officially state that Gotham is an Elseworlds story and then they can start young Bruce off on the way to becoming Batman now by running around and doing more masked vigilante stuff...
I was waiting for the laugh at the end goddamnit. Jerome was like one of the only reasons I enjoyed the show😂
these trailers suck mostly recap of the previous season; lucifer trailer for season 2 was the same.
That's because they're presentations for Comic Con, not just a normal trailer to be released. But they're still showing plenty of footage. We're still a couple months away, at least, so they could show us, you know… nothing?
7 more seasons then we get Batman!
Was that the court of owls at the end?
Yep. They're currently operating in the city. As to whether or not they had something to do with Bruce's parent's death remains to be seen.
Bruce, just go train or whatever already
I enjoy the show, but I am bothered by the age difference between Bruce and some of his future alter ego's rogues gallery. It seems like by the time the Bat is patrolling Gotham at least a few of them will be too old to take him on. Still, I'll keep watching. Even if the show devolves into 1960's camp it'll be better than the "reality TV" drivel the networks are peddling these days.
Well, the already established villains are pretty consistent with Bruce's age from the comics:
Penguin: older than Batman
Riddler: older than Batman
Scarecrow: marginally older than Batman
Catwoman: around the same age as Batman
Ivy: marginally younger than Batman
Strange: older than Batman
Freeze: older than Batman
Firefly: around the same age as Batman
Joker: unknown, presumably around the same age as Batman
firefly is a guy and younger then Batman
THE BEGINNING GAVE ME A LITTLE FEAR HAHA GREAT EDITING
Is that Kato at the end?
Its probably one of the first incarnations of Talon!
looks like kato. or the grey ghost lol. this show may have a five year season run.
Dr. Hurt maybe but that scene was dramatic kinda maybe it is some kind of Green Hornet-Kato mix....
whoever's writing the plot for this is a mad man.
how many stories are they jamming and trying to set up.
JUST. BRING. IN. JEROME. IS. ALL. WE. ASK. TBFH why dont you make whole series of just him jk
He mostly resembles the mad hatter as opposed to the joker
+NeonTime I don't think so. a lot of GOTHAMS promos in the begging were photos of Jerome saying tonight's no joke...hint the joker
+TheRyanWD I get that they want him to be the joker but he doesn't resemble the joker no matter how crazy they make him sound
+NeonTime he's not the mad hatter. they already casted the mad hatter. it was all over Facebook. the mad hatter is being played by a guy who was on the walking dead
i believe its been stated that he is a proto joker, most likely the only joker we will get til the show starts to decline
Batman and the Green Hornet had a crossover in the sixties. History repeats itself.
BTW, if I wanted it to be somewhat more cartoonish.. seriously, I'd rewatch Batman The Animated Series.. that's actually got better and deeper characters and stories, imho... and it still comes across as less cartoony than Gotham.
thanks, yeah the cartoons were better in character development.
love the animated series. i could actually take it more seriously than Gotham.
I feel as if this isn't supposed to be the Gotham we know but as a earth three parallel universe, or something along the line of that.... because wasn't Barbara Kean a good guy in the comics?
This series lost its identity since it began airing. I really hope this season will put this series to a respectable end. Because I can't even imagine what they're going to do in season 4.
killer croc on minute 4:22 ?
yep
That 30 seconds of actual season 3 trailer was so badass
jerome???
same
+Colby Shaw no
Kaytlin Morris what?
I'm honestly not getting the hate that Jada Pinkett is receiving for playing Fish....her character is one of the best on the show. A complete wildcard and i love what they've done with the character (in terms of bringing her back and revamping her with now powers).
The only thing i can think of is to why the hate is so large is because her being black and being a female.
I hate her story line, and I dislike the acting as well as the character, anyone could play fish I'd hate them equally
because everything has to be about sex and race right? maybe dislike her because she's not from Batman lore and therefore not needed in the slightest bit. She doesn't exist in the comics, therefore she needn't ever exist.
+Shambhala94 most of the show puts a different spin on Batman lore, if it was a televised version of the comics it would be boring as fuck. I say good on Gotham for having the balls to create a new, interesting character
+Shambhala94 to hell with the comics. there, I said it
No it's cause she doesn't exist she's a Fake character. Just like Daryl in TWD and she is God awful. She just tried to cash in on DC Because her Husband is in Suicide Squad. I'm Also Not Happy with him Deadshot.
Looking back season 3 was probably my favorite so far
I really want another Penguin and Riddler team up again!! Favourite 2 characters on the show and they both work amazingly with each other!! Bring on Season 3
God sake why the hell did they bring Fish Mooney back I can't stand her other that that the trailer was pretty good
"My name is fish mooney bitch"
I laughed so hard lol
The visual effects from the Azrael and on this one are freaking amazing!
When they qued that batman style type music I was like "DAAYYYYMMM"
"JIM, DON'T LET THIS BREAK YOU
DON'T GIVE UP HOPE
JIM"
This show is so Fox lmao
Will always remember this show
I hope that wasn't a Talon attacking Alfred
Everyone's talking about how bad the trailer was instead of the new footage (even though it wasn't much)
But I'm soooo excited to see a Fish Mooney and Cat reunion :)
man I miss Jerome so much I wish he hadn't died he was an awesome character
4:19 "It doesn't matter who we are... What matters is our plan." Basically.
Season 3 is about to be so lit
Guys, don't be mislead. The ending where Alfred is facing off against the guy with the mask is NOT in season 2. Just thought I'd say that so you won't get confused.
It's interesting that when they showed footage of the maniax part it was only Jerome they truly showed. A flicker of hope maybe!;)
That looked like the Green Lantern kickboxing Alfred at the end x) ...I know that it's not but that's what the mask reminds me of.
This has to be on of the most exciting shows ever I love it so much
Season 2 was definitely a much needed improvement after season 1 which was alright at best. here's hoping they push this show to the right direction.
There is some serious hype. Hopefully the talons will look as awesome as they do in the comics
I hope Barbara turns into Harley Quinn tbh. Or just that she gets introduced
The show still exists without Batman or Robin? WOW!! Did not see that coming. Congrats.
