The video was a little slow at first, but as soon as the car started to move it got way better! People that hate driving in snow haven't driven a GOOD AWD car on GOOD winter tires. Subaru AWD + Blizzaks = totally rocks! The driver is quite skillful at the wheel, too.
Gotta admit, I've been too shit-scared to get my Legacy up to those speeds to get some real good sliding going on last year, and haven't had any good driftin' snow this year. Looks massively fun though.

Last owner bought it and didn't like it and kept it in garage for 3 years) and car felt very good on ice with studded tires, it did what i wanted to
I have a 2014 impreza and the braking assist is noisy and aggravating. Its like pushing my foot away from the pedal. The car is standard transmission and maybe its because sometimes i brake while in neutral so maybe the wheels are spinning too much?

Yes to all of this. My 2000 Si= garbage in the snow. My 05 9-2x= GOD MODE.
95 legacy outback with winterforce can not wait for snow to hit had 1 snow day just enuf to make me want more.
What's amazing is that ALL 4 wheels are driving not just LF/RR configuration. Never thought about Subaru much, but this winter has me thinking...
