hey i need help im on bedrock and the Y option wont work???

If you are talking about the coordinates I have two tips.
First tip is to check if you are on load mode or save mode. Note that corner mode doesn't work the same. If you are on load, the only option for the Y coordinate is the offset. If you want to save an area. You should be able to change the height of the selected area.
I'm sorry if this seems unclear. You can always comment if I understood the question wrong or right. If you keep having problems, just comment again and I will try to answer as quick as possible

I have looked into this more, and it seems like the new 1.19.50 update has locked the Y-coordinate. By the time the next update shows up, It should have been fixed. But in the meantime, you can look into animating in Minecraft (another one of my videos) or perhaps see the brand new 1.19.50 update (another one of my videos). I gotta get those extra views ; D.
On a serious note tho, I do think it will be fixed shortly, so don't stress about it :D
