Bravo, from ... France. I searched through a lot of swimming videos, and yours are among the best. Your quiet way of talking makes one feel that your thoughts are very clear. One very interesting approach (among other videos) is that you're showing EXAMPLES of what shouldn't be done (young swimmers). Merci encore !
Thanks alot I'd like to ask why can't go in a straight line during my back swimming? I always move to the write side . I can't also flex my ankels .my head is always dropping back. I worked much on improving that but with no good . I hope you can help me and tell me what to do? I appreciate your time.
SwimCycleRunCoach there are a lot of flaws that you're telling people like bending your knees to kick, when you do that it crates a lot of drag for any stroke
Hi Kirito That is never said, I always talk about "Flicking" the foot up to the surface, not about bending the knee. You should listen to it again. Flicking the foot up to the surface ensures that a swimmer doesn't kick from the knee backwards against the water, completely the opposite of what you are suggesting. It may be a language difference but I appreciate your comments. Cheers
