I had an Onryo in the chapel, I was able to get orbs from the cam in the map, and I figured it out pretty quickly when it blew out some of the pre lit candles in there and started hunting at like 92% 😂
Without a cursed object and the slow sanity drain, this challenge was pure pain. At some point I stood for what felt like eternity in the dark, just waiting to drop and get a hunt.

Me, my fiancée and her best friend put the headcam to use for this challenge, and it hard-carried us. Got orbs in the first game (it was a Yokai, we got all the evidence!), got Goryo DOTS in the second, and we used it to help eliminate a bit of non-Jinn evidence in the last run. This could and probably should have been absolutely miserable, but we slammed right through it. Fun stuff.
I play solo so I didn't even notice the headcams were included in the challenge. Headcams are useless to me but I am glad they helped in multiplayer. Good that you discovered this workaround to not having the normal video cam :)
12:24 the fastest that you can go is having twins interaction. Opened the door and went back to the truck to see EMF and it immediately showed twins, took less than 2 minutes and got it right, after two failed guess and finished the weekly.
-para mic is bad *literally few minutes later* finds the ghost with para mic :D jokes aside, i agree, they made everything to stop people from finding the ghost with every possible way, except every door is closed by default. That is huge missed oportunity. I'm sure it's possible to see twin/polter throws with t3 para mic, also as seen in video yurei closing doors the first time. I think it would be WAY better challenge if it was perma hunt without any possible way of hiding or looping. It would force people to actually use para mic to see the ghost movement(speed or amount of throwing items) from safe distance. I guess there is chance for wraith tp and insta kill or entrance ghost, but honestly, it would be at least fun.
as an paramic enjoyer that challange was actually very cool its a lot easier when u have 1 friend to help - 1 goes to left wing and second one goes for right wing. its nice that u dont have to check every room (like with thermo), cus u can just speedrun every section of this map. and if someone would have trouble with parabolics, u can just use sound sensors. paramic also helps when hunting bc u can easilly check the speed of ghost. its probablly the hardest challange ever for new players😂
i remember my first ever time using the tier 3 paramic, we were on sunny meadows and my teammates used the board to figure out it was in the restricted wing. so, i went downstairs, immediately heard it hunting and moving insanely fast thanks to paramic, then i hid and survived. (without paramic i definitely would have died…) then we left with Thaye and the fastest sunny meadows game ive ever played.
I actually enjoyed this challenge a lot personally, much better than "Missed Delivery". T3 para mic works so well for me, i found the ghost room here pretty easily on all 3 games. I'm using the T3 para mic even in my normal runs on big maps now.
As returning players, ultra casual from 2020 (a whole level 18 ), we surprisingly had a really good time with this map and learned a ton. I am still spooked by haunts, and have used like 2 cursed items, so this challenge is appreciated. Definitely feels like multiplayer and even newbie intended challenge.

Love your videos, love seeing others on this challenge. My was fast as my friend has weirdest luck, it was in the same room, the same ghost. Demon three times in a role. Glitched the ghost with the door and wall moon walked. Interesting to see another way to play the challenge. An interesting challenge would be prison have only dots, spirit box, and book all tier one. Lighters for light, and headcams, maybe some tripods and just call it Super Sale for items people don't like keep using and want to upgrade. Sounds like fun.
This week's challenged looked way harder than it actually is imo. The increased activity and lowered sanity drain makes up for the pain of finding the ghost room in a large map. The paramic being Tier 3 also takes a spotlight for finding the ghost room (compared to how horrible the last week's tier 1 paramic in brownstone), and even hearing the hunt long-distance if it ever reaches that point. It's a shame that there isn't a cursed object to accelerate a hunt, but I can understand how that would eclipse how they intended for us to play this week.

Quick tip for finding the ghost room in this challenge. Every door starts closed, so every open door is the result of a ghost interaction, hence the ghost is nearby. Makes the paramic totally useless imo 😆 The slow sanity drain and closed door make me assume the base difficulty is amateur, so there is probably little roaming and no changing of favorite room either.
I had two back to back thayes that immediately gave both evidence followed by a third run where I walked right in and got a banshee scream from the chapel. I got really luck lol
Went to do this challenge, it was my first time playing Sunny Meadows. The first ghost room i got was the blood and meat room in the basement right wing 😭
I think they focused on only equipment that detects or makes noise. My feeling is that they chose 3 evidence that require ACTUAL ghost interaction so we didn't have a completely no evidence run, but had to mostly focus on sound.
Me and my friends got it done in a couple hours. Once we found the ghosts it became pretty easy. And having friends makes it super easy because of the head camera. We caught a goryo with the dots using someone in the truck. We definitely did fall victim to the fake noises for a bit though. We had to do it 4 times total, one extra because the first time we were split on the decision (one of the evidences was either freezing or UV. We figured out a Deogen, Hantu, Banshee, and I forgot the last one. Think it may hve been a Yurei.
2nd ghost. That utility room is cursed. I had a ghost at exactly same location there and it touched the door through the wall and it was a freaking goryo, not a twin or wraith..
Hey Insym - I did some testing with the freezing in Phasmo and I kinda narrowed it down to NVIDIA Broadcast being the issue. As soon as I turn it on with the "remove background" function enabled the game start frequently freezing at the start of a round. Maybe you should check out if it fixes the problem for you since I thought you were also using it additionally to your greenscreen. EDIT: Btw I should say that as soon as I disable it the game works perfectly fine and also no problems on an all AMD-system. Also again amazing video. Huge fan.

This challenge wouldn't be as bad if it was on Tanglewood. Doing it on the full Sunny Meadows map was the worst idea ever. Only challenge I've come across that I am like "Nope not doing it."

one of mine was an onryo and i actually got a hunt after the third blow out. i think it's actually the first time i've worked out an onryo that way. another was the twins through twinteraction on the board and had a phantom for the third at the end of the female wing, i set up with a motion sensor down the other end of the hall and it roamed to me. overall pretty luck set of ghosts as it would've been painful otherwise.
This challenge spawned a new way to play for me. 3 evidence, but I only allow myself to bring 3 evidence items into the map (randomly chosen). It plays differently than restricting the ghost's evidence. Its better on smaller maps tho
I did this challenge solo and my very first game it was a shade all the way at the end of the female dorms. I spent like 30 minutes in the game before giving up and just guessing. I probably won't even try finishing this challenge cause the low sanity drain and no cursed possession is too much. I'd be fine with not having all the evidence items if we at least had a way to get a hunt to figure out ghosts
My friends and I used the parabolic to get its general location and then the motion and sound sensors to find the room, challenge took 3 attempts and about an hour. (Granted we did have 3 people)
I guess I was pretty lucky overall but my first game was like 45 minutes long coz it was mare and I was just sitting in the ghost room thinking what else to do but luckily the ghost room was first door in left wing so I could see the ghost orbs leaking though the doors, other way idk how long would I be sitting there for my sanity to drop coz I was still at like 73(it did 0 ghost events). Second was shade in chapel. I just figured out emf on board and the ghost was doing nothing everytime I stepped inside the ghost room lol. I am glad my brain learned few things here and there from Insym so now I can solo these challenges
while doing the challange I had a Phantom and I tried to take a Photo of it while it was doing DOTS and i discoverd that the Phantom also disapears when you try to take a Dots Photo of it.

Great video, but challenge is kinda broken. As the ghost was doing things only the twins, mimic, or demon could do and it was a revenant, i.e. was doing things in 2 different locations very far apart( like 2-3 wards away) and this happened twice out of 3 hunts where it was a ghost it couldnt have been going on behavior and evidence.
I tried to play this challenge out on stream and got a Jinn. With the breaker broken, there wasn't a way to use its ability. We also didn't have an EMF, UV, or Thermo to get any of its evidences. I could only infer EMF5 with the ability chart but, it's Sunny and the ghost room was near the end of the female wing. It was extremely annoying and ended up getting it wrong. In 30m it never changed ghost room, so I thought it was a Goryo. ;-;
I was going to say screw this challenge… until I tried it. I was able to determine a Shade in 14 minutes solo, but I’ll admit, having others with you is so much easier on this one. It wasn’t that bad, despite a lot of the T1 equipment. The T3 items we had optimized chances of gathering evidence, so it makes up for the garbage items. I kinda liked this one. 🤷🏼♀️
Hello guys new to phasmo here. This is the first time I see Insym's videos and I'm honestly kinda overwhelmed with the difference of gameplay between my nooby self and him. What exactly made him realise it was a Yurei on the first run?
I coudn't do it... audio only i mean. The fact that you can't hear when the ghost touches a door with the paramic damned us nearly every time, eventually i choose to go with just my slowly fading courage, was also chasing wherever he'd be hunting, sometimes he trapped a friend outside and i somewhere else. So i had to go where it was hunting lol
For anyone doing this challenge, if you try it in multiplayer, you can still get ghost orbs with the head cams and the ghost is super active so it's easy to see emf 5 on the activity chart. UV and thermo are the only evidence you CAN'T get.
Only done one so far, walked in, got a ghost right at the entrance, it did a polter throw within 3 minutes after I looked for the cursed item and I left. It's been a while since you did a No Key glitch, any news on that?

Bit late on this challenge watch, on my first attempt i walked around place for 10 minutes until Parabolic picket Banshee Wailing sound. Job Complete!
i dont play this map much. so i didnt know that there are random screams on the paramic, that dont count as ghost screams.

i had to run this challenge so many times. kept getting Goryo's, Yurei's, Obake's. unfortunately, the Yurei's i got would never use their ability.
I thought I would never be able to do that!! But it worked great and all the doors are closed, which helps a lot

Multiplayer is 100x easier, since we can use the head cams to check for ghost orbs, or even a possible Goryo DOTS (it happened in one of my runs)

It wasn’t that bad, despite a lot of the T1 equipment. The T3 items we had optimized chances of gathering evidence, so it makes up for the garbage items. I kinda liked this one. 🤷🏼♀️
Didn't find this challenge half as annoying as the prison one a few weeks back. I gave up on soloing that one and got a friend in to help.

Hello guys new to phasmo here. This is the first time I see Insym's videos and I'm honestly kinda overwhelmed with the difference of gameplay between my nooby self and him. What exactly made him realise it was a Yurei on the first run?

The fact that you can't hear when the ghost touches a door with the paramic damned us nearly every time, eventually i choose to go with just my slowly fading courage, was also chasing wherever he'd be hunting, sometimes he trapped a friend outside and i somewhere else. So i had to go where it was hunting lol
New players are going to do it the way I did the last one. Analysis and a plan. 1'st trip to Brownstone was a 3-0. Hoping for a repeat.

For anyone doing this challenge, if you try it in multiplayer, you can still get ghost orbs with the head cams and the ghost is super active so it's easy to see emf 5 on the activity chart. UV and thermo are the only evidence you CAN'T get.
I had 3 goryos and somehow found 2 without a camera.
This was painful 💀

Got lucky with this challenge, because we got 2 banshee screams. Also the first run took like 30 seconds to get it lol
Only done one so far, walked in, got a ghost right at the entrance, it did a polter throw within 3 minutes after I looked for the cursed item and I left. It's been a while since you did a No Key glitch, any news on that?
