Not hating, but the general public is getting up early and rushing out the door for work get home late in the day tired, just enough time to cook dinner eat, do some chores go back to bed. The lifestyle shown in this video works if you have plenty of time and independently wealthy, a very small percentage will be able to follow everything in this video in a single day.
True, however nothing is stopping you from being that independently wealthy person. You chose to work a 9-5, people such as Jesse were not handed this lifestyle on a platter, he worked hard for it and as a result can enjoy this lifestyle with plenty of time. You can have this same life too, nothings stopping you. Just Mindset.
This is true but a lot of the morning routine is definitely doable if you just go to bed a little earlier and get up a little earlier. A bit of time before work for any form of morning prep or routine in itself will improve your mood for the day.
Wake up, 40 minutes of drinking water / tea and getting sun. Make breakfast and eat, 30 minutes. Work 9 -6. Go for a run and/or workout for 1.5 hours. I don't see how that can't be done
@@vennauer let’s assume you need 25 minutes to get to and from work, and 8 hours of sleep, and you need 20 minutes to groom/dress yourself to get ready to go into work. Wake up at 7:10, for some people the sun isn’t up yet. Do the morning routine and head into work at about 8:30. Work 9-6 and assume the lunch was made ahead of time. Then get home at 6:30. Dinner from prep to cleanup will be about 30 mins. Now we’re at 7pm. Work out for 1.5 hours, and include time to travel to and from the gym, another 20 mins assuming it’s about 10 mins away. Now we’re at 8:50pm. That means you have 2 hours and 20 minutes left in the day to spend with your family/friends, relax, catch up on chores, or god forbid you have kids you want to spend time with as well. It’s impossible for a lot of people.
@@lukasjanik886 there’s no excuse to eat like shit, and there’s no excuse to not get at least 30 minutes of exercise in, but not everyone has 2+ hours per day to spend on self care.
Do more of these. I wanna know what type of workouts you do throughout the week. And maybe even a story time here and there. I know you have a lot of stories and you’re very entertaining.
You naturally took a podcast to another level while naturally vlogging explaining a dietary plan and advertising all at the same time ! Wow Hussle to another level .
Hey Jesse! Really loved this video. I've been looking for content like this regarding fitness/diet as I've been having a lot of trouble losing weight around my lower gut area. Watched all of it and took notes. I remember watching your videos when I was a lot younger and I've always thought you were such a cool dude. Thanks for taking the time to share this - I will definitely try out your routine (or as close as I can haha). Cheers from Montreal!
Hey, just wanted to clarify a misconception a lot of people don’t realize when first learning about fitness. There is no way to target specific parts of your body to lose fat. The truth is you can only lose fat as a whole throughout your body. This is why people use measures such as body fat % to track their progress. Granted it’s almost impossible for people to have a linear progression in fatloss so expect to have fluctuations over a short term but the long term is what matters. Nothing good comes easy so understand that this will take time!! Good luck in your journey, I wish you the best 😄
Comment above me is correct. If you try to target that specific part of fat, it won’t work. I actually just watched a video explaining that males lose fat in a specific order (I assume you’re male). Face/neck first and gut last. Maybe you know this already though. This rang true for me. I lost 25 pounds in 6 months (175 to 150). It really was face/neck first and after the 20 pound mark, I started to see a difference in my abdomen. Still have some to lose. I don’t know how much weight you lost already if any but expect it to be the last thing you lose. You’ll get there.
Summed up for my own reference and for others Before Breakfast: 2 cups of water, 20 minute sun time, cayenne-lemon tea, 20 minute red light therapy/meditation, 3 minute ice bath, AG1 (likely not always a routine since it’s a sponsor), 2 mile jog Breakfast: Eggs and avocado After breakfast: A specific muscle group workout 6 days a week Lunch: Protein shake Dinner: Steak, potatoes, and salad
It would be cool to see you explain how your mental and physical health is before and after each of these things. I feel like a lot of people would commit to consistency if they could see the actual effects. Loved the video, I started watching in 2011. You always have my support Jesse
Other than his fancy cold plunge that doesn't almost nothing and the AG1 ad, nothing else he does is limited to rich and privileged people. I know some poor people all around the world that have great physiques, as well as very busy career driven people who also do. It's not that hard to put a few hours a day into your fitness.
I been on your morning routine for the last 33 days, Down almost 11lbs now. So far i feel Absolutely fantastic, Would love to hear more about meals etc @Jesse
I'm 59 and I workout 6 days a week and I'm always looking for other peoples eating habits and workout routines. Please do more, I think you just hit a new direction for your RUclips channel. Cheers!
Just ordered it. Living in the mountain 🏔️ and not living in California anymore is a big change on the body here and hopefully this will help me out more
Jesse - it’s amazing how you balance your livelihood with your wellness habits. I’d be curious to know how a full day looks. Please share more information about how you keep the system running and maybe we could all learn a thing or two about how to take better care of ourselves. Your down to earth presence and knowledgeable background make it an interesting watch that isn’t too taxing on the mind. And still yet, it’s highly informational. I like it. Thanks.
I used to watch you 11 years ago when you did the pranks, you popped into my head out of nowhere right now, and I’m going to do some of these things you do thank you for staying on RUclips💯‼️
I’d like to see more workout videos, a variety of different workouts. These seem too basic, just arm stuff. And I like to see your hair routine, what products you use, what you do with it to make it look so great
I love that over the years you've really humbled up. I loved the content as I was a kid. Now as an adult (almost 27) I feel like this is the kinda shit I really enjoy watching. It's chill, not too loud, and it just feels good. I want to start bulking up. I'm really REALLG scrawny and have no clue where to start. At all. If anyone has any tips that would be appreciated
Go for a heavy protein diet and hit the weights, more weight less reps. Don't do it for 2 weeks, do it for 12 weeks minimum to start seeing a difference. More times a week you train the better the results. A lot of consistency and will power needed.
Man I’ve been going through some hard things during this break up. We were together for 3 years and it just feels like I’m losing everything.. I lost my mom I lost most of my family but when I watch your videos man I feel calm.. like my anxiety isn’t beating out my chest. And I want to thank you so much man !
I need a video on what products you use in your hair, I have the exact same kind of hair but don't know how to control it the way you do. cheers great vid!

that's amazing, very healthy products! the only thing I would recommend is not adding the apple cider vinegar into your tea when it's hot, because it contains mother bacteria, which are killed in high temperatures. You could add the vinegar once it's cool or even to your morning water
