Wow . This is a very good view of The Lavas flowing to?? Thank you so much beautiful soul for amazing videos to shares with us. Love and light with gratitude and so it is. 👍💐💐💐🙏🙏💙💖🕊️🌈🕊️💫😇🦋🕊️🌈🕊️🧚🏽♀️🧚🏽♀️🧚🏽♀️✨💫😇🇬🇧
I've been watching videos daily since the eruption started months ago. I'm so into the volcano that last week I bought my tickets and went there to see it with onw eyes, and the two days I went to the volcano there was no eruption 😂 It was amazing, but I only saw cold lava. There were eruption before and after me being there I hope to have another opportunity.
There is more of So2 in this eruption, slight different than previous eruption. I bet heavy Sulphur smell covers the entire area. Just stay away & do not inhale as much as you can. Thank you for sharing this video.
Very interesting! I would love to see the lava filling up holes on top of the older flow. I find it so satisfying! Could you keep the cam a bit longer on the edge of the flow, please? Thanks for sharing : )
A workmate said, with this lava spewing out of the ground from different places around the world the must be almost hollow. I asked him, did you do geography at he said he did🙁
Mostly its the length of the flow. The further it gets from the crater, the greater the amount of cooling, if the flow is on the surface rather than within a lava tube.
I wonder if that basin fills up and then the entire lava mass slips into the ocean at once, how much water would it vaporize, this could be part of the 12,000 year cycle hmmm.
It is flowing over granular basalt that the last volcano over 800 years ago left. That is why it looks darker and is more viscous st certain points...not all the basalt there is granular..some are rock like...but it melts it just the same.
It is picking up that old granular basalt that was left after the eruption there over 800 years ago...it is powdery in many places and very hard in others...that’s a lot of what Meradalir is.
How many km3 is the valley and what is the flowrate from the volcano? Than you know how long it will take to overflow this valley.is Reykyavic not in danger? Greets from Holland..
Mostly sulphur. There had probably been a lot of smoke coming out of that area of the flow at some point. Whenever you see that smoke you know there’s sulphur in it.
Pro tip, have the patience to follow a pice of char all the way down zooming in and out of the flow as it goes. Keep doing laps of different channels. All this random motion does no good. Can’t focus on anything until the camera stops moving.
It looks like, the silver Mercury that you would see inside of a thermometer, on top of the flowing lava!!! And, the lava is creating an optical illusion & it looks like the lava is coming down one way, while the middle part of the lava, looks like it’s going in an upward direction or motion, at the same time!!!

Wow, that is weird-colored lava, and its really moving along. Thanks so much for this very interesting footage.
Color is related to temp. Yellow is hot and fluid. Orange is cooler and slow moving. Red means stop.
Wow! Any comments ? ! No comments in front of Nature! Thank you for video.👍

Bad luck but I hope you get to go back again
Wow, nonstop flow. Thank you🙏🙏🙏
Thanks for the fantastic video. Very high quality filming!
Awesome footage! Patience paid off big time!
awesome footage, Thanks for showing it so extensively
They must be so relieved to have all this flowing into this valley as opposed to the one closest to the road! I am terrible with my Icelandic names 😬
It looks like this flow is filling in the gaps and holes and subsequent flows in this area will even be faster because of this.

Iceland in an effort to create future real estate with ocean view! Gotta love it!😄

Another excellent video my friend 👍🏻
Wow impressive amount of lava flowing now
A workmate said, with this lava spewing out of the ground from different places around the world the must be almost hollow. I asked him, did you do geography at he said he did🙁
This Lava looks much thicker or more viscus. Has the chemistry changed ?
Possibly. But I don't think so. I think it mostly depends on steepness of the slope..
Mostly its the length of the flow. The further it gets from the crater, the greater the amount of cooling, if the flow is on the surface rather than within a lava tube.
How far in miles has the lava traveled from the volcano.
I wonder if that basin fills up and then the entire lava mass slips into the ocean at once, how much water would it vaporize, this could be part of the 12,000 year cycle hmmm.
The Earth doesn’t work that way
I can't believe how much lava this thing is pumping out!!
Wow. This flow of lava is thick
Looks like very different chemical constituents in this flow.
It is flowing over granular basalt that the last volcano over 800 years ago left. That is why it looks darker and is more viscous st certain points...not all the basalt there is granular..some are rock like...but it melts it just the same.
Wow, massive flow.
Very nice video, but no sound
Where was this filmed from? Is the a trail established!
Look like a tons of red fire ants marching down the hills 😊
Same
Please can I get a size reference love the vid keep it up I will never get there.
Has the lava changed ...it seems more viscous

Looks so alien
Q imagens impressionantes!

They show flow rates at bottom of the live feeds. Currently they say 13 m^3/s. That's like filling about 50 dump trucks a minute!
What is all the white stuff??
Mostly sulphur. There had probably been a lot of smoke coming out of that area of the flow at some point. Whenever you see that smoke you know there’s sulphur in it.
@@ebo360 thanks, the kava certainly looks different. Almost like floating wood splinters (of course couldn't be, it's too hot). Fascinating.
👍👍🔥
With the lighting it looks like CGI.

Pro tip, spell checker.
It looks like porridge.

Jinx, lava stopped today
no, it didnt
🇧🇷
Most of that was due to the hole
Lava bis der Arzt kommt
i think everyone has seen the lava i would like to see the volcano and see what is happened there just saying.
Most drone videos show the crater 90% of the time. It's nice to see where the lava is flowing.
WELL WE HAVE AN ACTOR FOR A PRESIDENT AND A DRAG QUEEN FOR A VICE PRESIDENT AND THE VOLCANO IS IN ICELAND BUT ATLEAST IT'S FOR REAL.
