Nice job! I just ran into this on an Amazon flash sale for 23.99 US! Have on the way. Beam profile reminds me of my fc12 wurkkos which I love except this in a smaller package. If it's as reliable as my other 3 Acebeams then it's a sure winner!
I just ordered this one. I went with the 6500k version. From my understanding, 5000k is neutral for more pleasant and accurate colors, while 6500k is bluer, but brighter for more detail? I figured for emergencies the 6500k might be more practical. Maybe the 5000k would be more for more pleasant night time outdoor hiking.
While I do agree, I think most importantly it comes down to what you prefer. Even though a neutral white is better for my personal application, I’ve found myself continually going for cool white lights lol. Any light is better than no light!!!
Alright mate?! Thanks for this review. I got a Tac AA yesterday (£30) I really like it so far. Surprised how compact it is which is great, comfortable in pocket, feels solid and the isn’t super easy to press which I like, feels lighter than Pokelit. I really like how Acebeam manage to use the same battery for at least 3 of their torches; pokelit, tac aa and the H16.
Mine arrived yesterday and so far I'm liking it. The tail switch is reverse threaded so turn it in the other direction. I didn't like the clip so I replaced it with a clip from the baton 3.
Very good review. I'm definitely going to order a couple of these in each tint. At the moment the only 14500 light I have is the Wuben E6 which really is a beast - throws 410 meters (measured by 1Lumen revue at 455 meters and 42000 candela) but is sideswitch, so I need a 14500 tactical edc backup for my other torches. I always carry 2 with me when I walk my dog in the early hours. The Acebeam aa tac although not an out and out tac' light will do the job and looks pretty impressive with its performance and has a good workable size to it. By the way found your channel because I watch Darren Yeo alot.
I like it but has some outer light rings on mine. I wish it had 2 modes, and hard to get to moon light. I like the Olight I5r hcri or Weltool T1 pro tac for the U.I
Would have liked this one a lot better if it had one less mode and no memory. Bought on impulse during a recent Amazon sale and it’s going in the gift pile. And FYI, the tail cap is reverse threaded.
Nice review, as always! Talking about the topic of tactical EDC flashlight, can you do a video about Weltool with LH8 6500K head and BB6 body comparing to Weltool T2 Tac? It would be hella interesting comparison
12:27 Mate! Your preferences don't count, that's not an EDC or nightstand model for going to the toilet without blinding you! Or it has memory mode or it always start on high-turbo because it is oriented to be a tactical flashlight for police or civil security use. You explain very well the advantages later, though. Greetings from the antipodes, Spain.
@@flashlightcrazy No worries. It just confused me for a moment and I thought I would mention it. Get my Tac AAA 519a tomorrow. Think my Sofirn SC32 might be it's biggest competitor and they do a 519 in that also.
@@flashlightcrazy The Tac is it's own thing and I like it a lot already. Basically just turning it on in high mode is an immediate happy WOW! SC32 is slightly shorter and better closer in and almost as good throw but without the tightish hotspot of the Tac and a great little light though it is the cool version I have and more than twice the lumens of this Tac 5000k but the Tac still lives with the higher power 18650 light. The Tac is fun and I think a winner from Acebeam for sure. It's going to be very popular I think and glad I got mine.
The tail cap is counter clockwise threaded. Right loose left tighten. Mine comes off easily give it a shot
Yep
so you can change the direction of the clip?

Picked this up because of this video 👍🏼 thanks for the review

Great looking light. Just ordered one.

they do have a 750 lumens variant which i might go for.. since it has no strobe i think.. which i hate.. it really does look good
thanks for another great video
I like it! Looks cool. Good beam too! Cheers 😎
U have to counter clockwise if u want to pull the tail off :)))))
Sillllyyyyy me!!! Thank you
Apparently the tail cap is reverse threaded...like how your toilets swirl the wrong way lol. ✌️

lol at a comparison to the weltool t2... that's comparing two entirely different classes, knucklehead.
Can you do a comparison between this light and the Skilhunt E2A?
Love the video btw!
He’s so chonky for a AA light 🐷
Will it take flat top 14500 batteries or is it button top only?
turn the tailcap right to get the clip off....
its a counter thread setup, dont know why but try it. also its a good thickness build, strong build
Thank you!
its a madness to carry this size with a 14500.
The tac AA has allmost the same size as my Acebeam P16 with 1800lm and a 18650 battery.
not really, look at the beam profile, idiot.
not even close to the same size and weight. shut your mouth liar.
P16 sft40 idk just get both
For a flooder I agree, for a thrower it is quite small.
Lumientop gta or acebeam tac aa???
What is the output and the runtime with standard AA batterys?
Same but won't last as long...
@@USMC-es4yyin medium mode it doesnt get hot?
Hey! What color temperature is yours?
Neutral. I think i mentioned that. Maybe i didnt. sorry
@@flashlightcrazy you probably did. I have a tendency to be looking at 6 different lights at a time for the next purchase and get mixed up. Thanks

Your length measurement is not right nor the width. Look at it again. I think you need to zero the gauge. I might buy one anyhow.
Yes, I realised shortly afterwards I did not zero it and stuffed up. Cheers for letting me know though
