Protip: source 25kg/50lbs bags of xylitol online that the food industry uses, they typically can be had somewhere between $150-$200, then get one, divide amongst each other and store it in airtight moistureproof containers. Stored like that it has indefinite shelf life, like salt it just wont go bad, and you'll save a lot of money. Best dental effects are had at a use of 10+grams a day (an interesting quantity also for all natural sweetening as its as sweet as sugar and can be cooked with) and at that rate each person uses about 10 lbs a year. At that rate a 50lbs bag doesnt sound so crazy and makes for big savings, less than $4 a pound is of course a steal. If you melt xylitol carefully, then mix in powdered herbs and let it cool down slowly in a mould, you'll get xylitol candy thats a tasty and convenient way to use xylitol, as well as take good care of your teeth and bones - xylitol also is good for bone density.

I think xylitol is more effective for dental health if you use it at least 3 times a day, but 5x a day better. Should be taken after after meals
Thank You

Always be careful when you experiment on yourself, read the studies of whatever you eat before doing it.
