There was always a scammer on Pawn stars his name was Rick.
Why anyone would go to a pawn shop in the first place when they typically only give you 1/3 of the real value is beyond me.
If the item you have is so valuable, why not get it appraised and sold at an auction.Instead of getting less than what you think it is worth at any pawn shop.
@@briandoyle3507 EXACTLY! Pawn Shops are designed to take advantage of people who need money right away. Either by pawn or sale. Some auction houses will appraise for free. Set a reserve based on the appraisal and do it right.

Because appraising potentially valuable items demands years of experience in that particular era's history. No one person can know everything about the many MANY priceless objects that walk into pawn shops.

Not back in the civil war, back then if you were from a militia many of those soldiers brought their own kit. Only if his rifle broke would it then be a government issued rifle. Especially if it was from a confederate soldier.

Yeah… the channel owner might want to call a lawyer. Ever heard of libel? You’re accusing these people of committing fraud when they simply had something that was in bad condition or was fake. Trying to sell a fake COULD be fraud, but only if the seller KNEW it was a fake.
You could possibly be sued over a RUclips title and thumbnail. Just… stop lying. People like and will watch these compilation videos. Just be honest with the title.
