Nice demo thanks! How did you do those double arps? It sounded like two at one? My first synth was the Pro 1, great bass sounds and leads! Tempting to buy this just for old time sake.
Hi, Behringer added a duophonic mode to this one which I think is a great benefit. Also, you can make the LFO oscillate in audible frequencies. That's a rare opinion out there. I like that you put your (pragmatic) experience over cult. If one wants the cult factor and is ok with paying extra money for it, go ahead. Hi, there are two options: you can connect the pro-1 via midi usb directly to your computer and the computer to your mpk mini. With the computer in between, you just have to select the right midi channel in your DAW (Ableton, FL Studio or else) and play it from there. If you want to control it directly without a computer in between I’d recommend another controller with 5-pin midi out or cv gate. thomann.de/gb/arturia_keystep.htm?offid=1&affid=397 or thomann.de/gb/novation_launchkey_mini_mk3.htm?offid=1&affid=397
It's the opposite way. Keyboard out to LFO In. In that case, you control the frequency of the LFO with the note. Higher Notes and the LFO goes faster, lower Notes and the LFO goes slower
Does this only make bass type sounds? I'm looking for a synth that has the ability to create/manipulate key sounds and in general sounds that have more high end than low end
I'm not quite sure if i get your question, right. You can program decent leads as shown in the video. But when referring to "key sounds", do you think of classic keyboards such as a Rhodes? Then you should rather look for a polyphonic synthesizer, able to play more than one voice.
i ´m new into midi world. how can you get all these different preset sounds? is the arturia connected to a vst software via usb and then you modulate the sound with pro-1 knobs?
