The Japanese word _kami_ is usually translated as "god" (although the quality of this is debatable) and "horror" can be easily written in katakana so "horror-kami" could essentially mean "god of horror". Unfortunately the kanji for the _gami_ in _origami_ is not the same as _kami_ but you win some you lose some.
