Hi there I'm traveling to oludinez at the end of September into October for two weeks, should I be prepared for rain or is the beginning of October not really a problem with rain fall ?
You could include Fahrenheit..and if you mention the difficulty of travel in winter you could tell us what happens and how does the city handle it. Do they have salt trucks to make the streets safer. Better detail.
