I like the pillar less windows. My Grand Scenic pillars are very wide creating a big blind spot area with my seat being all the way back.

The wheels where custom built, I think I left a link to manufacture.
Having owned two in the past as my everyday car they are very reliable apart from constant issues with coils blowing . The engine was used across many other cars including Nissan so parts there are easier to find . Body parts are more difficult .
The ride is very hard so comfort is sometimes compromised

Getting a windscreen probably is possible but it's not gonna be cheap.
Windscreens are available, and periodically remanufactured in small batches.

I love that car and there are few of them on the market here in Ireland. Only thing I see as a downside of a design are bits that you can see in Clio (which I had) as steering wheel and knobs around it. For a "design" car what Avantime really is everything in and on it should have been unique.
Yeah I think your right about its uniqueness ,but even Aston Martin had some ford Mondeo parts back in the day, so they were not alone.
This car is from design point of view even today ahed of it’s time.

There's something wrong with that seat… They go further back than that. I have the automatic version, and I'm 6' 2" and have all the room in the world

Loving more and more the quirky Renault designs from the early 2000s, like this or the Velsatis, they're quite contemporary with today's trends... the only thing that hasn't aged well is that 'Times New Roman' font😂

@@CarsofSwedenlive Yep, the Avantime has been conceived and built in the Romorantin Matra factory for Renault to provide work for this factory that built the Espace 3, but Renault built the Espace 4 in their own factories. This car is the reason Matra automobiles has disappeared.
I would buy this car only for his motor....to swap it in my 2010 Juke

it just needs Renault center caps in the wheels and plastic license plates to make it look more modern instead of the metallic ones
