In this scenario the U.S. was 10 years ahead of everyone else and actually are in real life (only reason China could catch up somewhat was from stealing technology which dooms it to 2nd place) which means every soldier would pack way more firepower than the average gpa solder, also this is in the future where drone warfare advanced a lot and the USA would have probably been the pioneer of drone warfare (like in our timeline) which would help a lot with the numbers disadvantage, remember the U.S. is preparing to fight a much more populous nation than it (China) so by 2050 they would have probably evolved their military doctrine to level the playing field with a foe that has superior numbers. Last thing I’m gonna mention is that in this timeline (using hints from the explanations in the video) the U.S. is the premier space faring power which is basically the cherry on top. Say what you want about numbers but numbers don’t mean anything if you don’t have the equipment or the doctrine to match a technologically superior foe (as we’ve seen from Russia)
Also it wasn’t the U.S. alone, pretty much all of Latin America and Australia and New Zealand with The UK we’re part of the allied powers and committed solders to the allied war effort

how did the USA get the manpower to make a comeback? the global powers have at least 8 billion manpower while the usa has barely 400 million...
