Now I have my Design-Build busines and that is the process: Designing, Building permits , Construction, county inspections. @@TomStephensontraining Hi Tom, I am in Maryland, Montgomery county. Here, we use IRC (International Building Code) and IBC (Commercial code). Some code's differences down here : for footing 30" frost line, stairs width minimum with 36" and max rise 7 3/4", exterior wall insulation R-21, Roof Insulation R-49, . Virginia is our neighbor, for them, frost line 20", and exterior wall R-13. The states, are divide in Counties, and some counties divide in Cities. Some of them, make specific amendments on the IRC. So, those things are part of the funny thinks to start a construction busines, around this area. I Really enjoy your videos..
