@@faristriesgamingtech I set up everything and have no problems, but the Lenovo app needs some upgrades of course. :) Lenovo released a roadmap of what to fix first on official Legion Gaming site.
How the hell did Lenovo miss out on VRR ? I mean this feature has been made available in all their mid/high-end Legion Laptop models for quite some time now(2 years I think). It's a big miss. VRR in the ASUS ROG Ally works as low as 30fps (28 fps was the number given to me by the ROG Team). Advantage that it gives you in AAA titles is when the FPS fluctuates between say 50 to 30 fps in highly demanding areas of the map, you'll never see any screen tearing and the gameplay is pretty smooth. So, 40 to 45 fps is all that you need when you can tweak a few seetings to play with most High Graphics options enabled in the game.
Agreed, VRR is a must for handhelds. That’s one of my favorite things about the ROG Ally, especially when playing a demanding game those dips in fps are more bearable.
This is so cool if you prefer a mouse for aiming. I've always been a controller guy because I grew up on console and I'm trash at fps anyway 😂 I'm just waiting for these companies to put a laptop GPU in a console that size. Even if the center piece would be a little thicker it would work great! We NEEED a laptop 3060 equivalent put in one of these pronto. In the meantime, I'll be rocking the Ally (performs on par and slightly better than a 1060 3gb, which is a meh card nowadays, honestly.) A laptop GPU can get these devices so much more power in a similar price range. I don't see how they can't put a 3050 in there and keep it around the $700-$800 mark. Trust me, size is not an issue specifically with devices as tall and wide as the legion go main body
I totally agree with you, I think the next step for these handhelds is to improve the graphics and having even a 3050 equivalent GPU would give us such a huge bump in performance because it would relieve a lot of power from the APU. Right now you can use eGPUs with the ROG Ally and Legion so at least we have that option. Happy Gaming!

I bought a Lenovo Go 2 days ago. It's awesome.
TIP: You didn’t need to put a comma after Go, just read your comment and put a comma when you instinctively pause!
@@danio1864Better with an extra comma than long sentences without.
Glad to hear you enjoy it!
