Looks like the Avenir is the same Buick we' ve seen over the last 10 plus years but with a re imagined front bumper which should justify ah maybe 15k price premium?
Hello my brother I love the 2023 Buick and that is a fine looking car to me and I especially love the sound of the engine starting up and that is what I call a epic engine sound
Excellent design inside and out! But...Buick doesn't advertise the car, the seats provide no lateral support, and I would like to see it as a five seater. It's also over-valued by $6-7,000. Also...would like to see a wood accented steering wheel. Good review, Ben.
Exactly! bring the wood wheel back. soft close doors, better key fob and im fine with price. '17 LaCrosse owner here, looking for a new vehicle now will the CT6 be back?
I like it, don’t love the infotainment center or lack of. Was prepared to buy one but the dealers I visited all let me leave without much effort. I was looking for a trim level that one dealer did not have and the other was not willing to even begin negotiating. I guess looking for a car when I didn’t need it was best for me. I think the Envision interior needs to rub off on the Enclave.
The same thing happened to me. I test-drove it and the salesperson acted as though he didn't care if I bought it. Something is going on with Buick. I don't know what.
@@blaXkgh0st I'm not sure since I just started shopping for a SUV. If I'm willing to spend $65k I might as well spend a little more on a Genesis gv80 or Aviator is my judgement.
@SnapFest M I'm sure ull make the right decision. when I see old cars out there, vw, toyota, Volvo, Buick.. ask ur local mechanic about these and see what they say. one thing I like about Buick they put some future tech that eventually goes on Cadillac, for example the shifter from a '17 LaCrosse made it to the new escalade and the back up camera is high quality. gm makes Buick for old ppl so maintenance on their products r relatively cheap for a luxury vehicle.
In my experience, modern = cheap looking. Compared to some of the Cadillac, Buick and Chrysler New Yorkers and 5th Avenues of the late 80s and early 90s, pretty much all luxury cars look very ordinary. They're all rounded and bloated like a Toyota and if you get a full leather interior, that's the best you're going to get. I've read reviews saying velour isn't practical because it wears, but I've owned several of those cars, and it wasn't the interiors that were the problem, meanwhile I've also seen plenty of upscale or luxury cars with cracked or ripped leather seats after only a few years. Nothing beats the interior of a late 80s, early 90s luxury sedan. Call them a Grandpa Car, but at least they look like a luxury car. Having said that, the Buick looks quite nice. I took a ride in an Envision and I was quite impressed. I'm so tired of "luxury" cars not being comfortable. If that makes them boring, boring is better than taking Tylenol every day. We shouldn't just have cars for 16 year olds and people in midlife crisis. Also, having growing up in a large Asian community, if this is what they're buying, that's all the convincing I need. I don't know how people can be racist against a car. It's not like Americans made the best cars in the world generally speaking.
I can’t say I’m disappointed in the Traverse Premier purchase. I would be disappointed to pay more for only a few differences in the Enclave The Acadia is coming back to this size again, I’ll see if it will be worth switching to the Acadia over the Traverse at that time.
It looks FANTASTIC 5 beer rating🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
Haven’t seen many Buick’s here but definitely think they’ve improved especially the interior 👏
I own a 2021 Buick Enclave Avenir, Ben. My second one. Sold my 2013 Enclave to buy the new one. Best driving mid sized CUV on the market.
I wouldn’t call it a cuv which is a compact. Enclave is a good mid sized suv.
@@al151 The “C” is for crossover, as opposed to body on frame.
We are still driving our 2013 enclave. 241k miles, no issues. ready to buy the 2023 Avenir
Beautiful Car!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!

Theee 2023 buick envision now that’s a sharp looking suv

@@MegaBlessing2011 they should prob at least pretend to do better
63k for that? Ummm...no.
whats better? remember Buick brings great value and reliability.
So true! I went today to test drive the Envision avenir. I saw a blacked out enclave avenir & was amazed until I saw the 65k price tag.
@SnapFest M what offers that size, awd, all the tech and style at rhat price point. oh and 2nd to lexus on reliability.

45,000 might be a fair price

What’s with putting the headlights in the bumper? That alone makes it a hard pass.
Still doesn’t beat the Buick GL8 Avenir

👍👍
Yea for that price I’ll take the more powerful Lincoln Aviator
you can get them for about $7k off right now.
I would too but the cargo space is so much smaller in the aviator. As a family car we need that cargo for all our trips.
Time for the Buick brand to disappear. Insipid looking designs
Nice car but hate those funky taillights
