How did you disable the normal sound that plays when you plug in your phone? The video worked great setting up the sound when it plugs in but, every time I plug my phone in I hear the normal sound then the audio I put to play when its charging.
If yours isn’t working and says “ unknown “ on the voice list. You need to change your actual Siri voice to male American and then try again. When you go onto the voice list they will all show up. You also need to turn off the ask before running.
