Hi Judy! I live in Canada and have never used any Premier yarn. If we order from the US, we always seem to have to pay duties so I just buy whatever I can from Canada. We do have access to some Premier yarn at Mary Maxim, but I find the prices quite high for the yardage given so I’ve just never made the leap to order. I know a couple of die hard Premier fans have also said they find the Parfait yarn falls apart. They choose to use other sturdier yarns for amigurumi. It sounds like you did quite well at your market! You can throw a little bit of your Australian heat to us up in Canada. We could use it! ❤

I hate that premier yarn. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Awesome market.

Congratulations on your sales!! I have a hard time with my fingers making Amigurumis and I've tried several types of yarn. I even sent some to Ella that just didn't work for me. I'm best with Worsted or DK weight yarn. I have found the chenilles break easier and they fuzz off for me. Do I crochet too tight? I didn't know but i know that if i didn't enjoy that yarn I'm not going to use it. I love your cats, I'm surprised they didn't sell too!! Keep making what you enjoy. Prayers, love and hugs my very dear friend. 🙏🧡🤗

Congratulations on a successful market! Your work is beautiful and certainly deserves to be promoted. I'm sorry that you had a terrible experience with the Parfait yarn. I have used it quite a bit and have not had that problem. The only issue I have is the fleece falling from the string if you try to knot it and pull on it. Perhaps, since you were making amigurumi, there was a lot of pulling I don't know, but I am sorry. Maybe the regular blanket yarn is sturdier for your purposes. In any case, I commend you for all of the hard work and wish you, as always, only the best. Sending love. ❤❤

I am glad you had a successful market. I do not like working with the yarn for Plushies. I am probably going to give the little bit I have away. Thanks for sharing!

Congrats on your great sales for your market stall. You're amazing crocheting that many towel toppers!! I hope you were able to sell some of the gear I've sent you in the past. Congrats on your turtle sales... sounds like that's a winner! Maybe fish will be too or stingrays or other marine life.... maybe seals or dolphins?? I hope your next market stall does really well too. 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨

I sold quite a few of your Finger Octo's and Yetti's , along with a couple of Christmas Dec's that were donated. Thank you so much for your donations to Emma's Quest. I gotta get some of those googly eyes,

@@judyatwitchpeacecraft I'm delighted you sold some. I'd be delighted to make more of the octos &/or yettis if that's helpful. Just let me know. The good thing about those is that they're quick to make, don't take up much storage room & are a cheap kids option for sales. Anyhow... happy to create more if you like. 💕🐨

Glad your market went well Judy ❤ you are so generous 😊 I’ve used a lot of parfait chunky over the last couple of years and it can be hit and miss… I find that certain colours also seem to be better than others.. I’ve never used eggplant before though.. I usually use cotton or acrylic for the magic ring, it’s a much better option than risking it breaking! 🌸

Hi Judy, I had the same problem with the parfait chunky but with the white, it just fell apart so bad that I threw the whole skein away. I'm still leary about buying the parfait chunky now. Glad your market went well.
