fyi, those postal trucks are built on the chasis of a modified late 1990s GM S10 platfrom. the chasis were built at a nearby(moraine,ohio) plant. for several years, i saw these coming off the line. these replaced the Jeep vehicles. These GM/S10 platform vehicles are intended to operate for about 20-25 years.

If you're wondering why you're not getting your mail, take a look 👀... We did have a nice carrier about 4 years ago... We rescued a cat that someone dumped on us during this really cold Winter... We got the cat fixed and her shots... we had to put her outside because we already had four cats inside... This little cat used to follow the female carrier as she delivered the mail. She would take her lunch brake and bring the cat in the truck to warm her up... Most are not quite that nice... we've had like two out of twenty that were friendly...
