FIFA Street 2 is the best football game of all time. Best gameplay in the series, amazing soundtrack, and hours of content. EA Sports BIG in the PS2/Xbox/Gamecube days made some amazing games (SSX 3 anyone?).

Player Manager (any version) > Football Manager/ championship manager. The best FIFA was 2014 World Cup Brazil, next '98 RTWC. And Ronaldo V football should get a mention too, hard as fuck to score but a great and immersive game.
