You need to train a couple of guys for stealth KO. This allows you to capture lone, even strong, enemies easily. I am pretty new to the game. But I found that stealth KO is good for knocking people out without fighting. It also allows you to steal things easily. I already have 2 of my 4 guys with lvl 50 assassination on Day 4 of my new start. I am still learning new things in this game everyday.

Thanks for the advice! I want a fighting squad first but I will definitely train assassins like you mentioned cause it is super OP!
