climbing helvellyn, lake district uk with stunning views and climbers on striding edge, fell walking

climbing helvellyn the 3rd highest peak in the lake district, we started at thirlmere car park tho there are a few different routes, when we got to the top we sat and watched the climbers on striding edge for a while (footage included ) there have been several deaths from people falling from striding edge so its not for novices or youngsters, the clouds cleared as we got to the peak so we got some great views, i hope you enjoy.
