What a great question at the end! I really gave this some thought. I found, that although I do get up at 4am and read the Word, I am still distracted by the desire to look at my phone... So God doesn't get the full attention or devotion; which is the very reason I get up. Thank you for the message... and thankful the Holy Spirit used it to convict me.
