My wife rings it in 2 weeks. 1076 days after she started this Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Journey. After 3 years of chemo she finally gets to ring that bell. I’m just here on RUclips looking at ceremonies tearing up :)

@@skylar_the_eagle731 she rang the bell. All done with treatment. Labs look good. We went on a family trip to celebrate. Hair growing back nice and healthy… now it’s surveillance. It feels great to be done with treatment but also a little scary that she’s not taking medication anymore and we just have to wait and have faith

@@skylar_the_eagle731 in 3 weeks she celebrates her 4th birthday since diagnosis and 3 years in remission. She was diagnosed right before her birthday. Diagnosed July 3rd 2020, her birthday is Aug 21st. Her first clean bone marrow biopsy showing remission was on Aug 5th 2020, so she has been in remission for 3 years now :)
