I'm on chapter 5 of Fall of Avalon now and it plays a lot smoother. I personally didn't find the food demand that bad in the OG rules but the 2.0 version takes that panic edge off when it comes to your food supplies

food was a death spiral original, I don't have food to eat so I get exhausted then I have less energy to get food so I get exhausted again
