Good explanation and managed to fix my Buffalo cooker E3 problem from your video. There is another disconnection with my unit that is why I had to fix two section of broken wire. One after removing the top cover and another after removing the bottom body from the pot which had its challenges due to wire disconnected from the plastic connector which I had to solder the wire to the bottom of PCB board at the exact pin connection point.
