- The husband of missing Virginia woman Mamta Kafle has officially been charged in connection with her disappearance. Officials say Naresh Bhatt is facing one felony count of concealment of a dead body.

Yeah, maybe, but considering he may be going through hell because his wife disappeared without a trace, how can there be reasonable expectations that he actually keeps his shit together? IF he was guilty he would be talking to reporters with an air tight case that he did not do it. Chances are, he is not guilty, and constitutionally, he is not guilty until proven guilty in a court of law, and that does not mean guilty in the scrutiny of society.

Shouldn't they find her body first, then when a coroner's autopsy reveals some sort of foul play that caused her death, then he should be charged? What if she went hiking and fell off a cliff? What if she was kidnapped? Seriously, is there no sense of propriety, or justice anymore?
