Idea: be a a skinwalker and every time you see someone you have the ability to transform into them, the more kills you get the more stronger you get, only spawn during the night and disappear by sunrise.

Idea! Weeping Angels! And you play as older versions of the victims trying to warn them of getting warped/killed, but then you (as older them) die of a heart attack or something. When police try to determine who you are, you give the ID of the victim to be who reported the death.

Also, there would be other signs of his supposed death, like maybe news articles about a known company that was dated decades ago by "enter victim's full name here." Idea: make a pawn shop where if they make a deal you give them way more money than the items worth. And if they don’t take the deal they get stalked and killed by the “pawn killer” 👍

Also Idea: A C130 Cargo plane from an unknown organization Flys over San Andreas transporting a mysterious cargo container, suddenly the plane gets attacked, catches fire and loses turbulence and then crashes to the ground, the authorities get to the crash site to find a survivor and some armed occupants and scientists dead, they find an opened cargo container that contained a bio organic weapon that after some time in it's new environment goes on the hunt stalking them.

RP theory: Stoney is likely an inter-dimensional being existing between two parallel worlds which enable him to commit crimes. The only rational link we have to explain why Stoney is even inside the house is the rich owner of the house. But every time victims try to call his phone number, it always links to two different people which is how the parallel universe theory might work here: one value (the phone number) is connected to two separate people: (1) the automobile and repair shop guy and (2) the rich homeowner. Both are correct at the same time. I don't know, I just find that really creepy.

Idea: A CEO of an renowned Company (Lets call it Dirty Buissness) dumps radioactive waste in the water. The radioactive waste causes a shark to become humanoid and logical/rational thinking (He basically becomes a Human) with an urge to solve mysteries and to Chomp the criminal of the City

This is a score security breach scenario that I think would be really cool as a GTA rp. Just imagine. SCP 096 isn't the smartest beast in the cage but combined with a mask filled with corrosive goo that normally decays humans. But SCP 096 is indestructible, so he would be the perfect host. Never dying

there is a game called "Observation duty" Which follows the idea that you watch through a series of cameras and need to look for changes in the environment, big or small. such as a ghost appearing or a picture frame changing picture.
so you should do an inspiration of which you get people into a haunted house in which things will vanish and reappear in random locations, and if they let it get out of control without fixing it, the ghost kills them.
Idea: Butcher shop, with the friendliest old man (butcher) there is. He drives a prestine old car that he loves. And whenever someone comes into the butcher shop he gives samples. But the sample's are previous murder victims. Whenever he thinks someone is fit, he stalks them, and eventually sells them in the store.
You should do another Christine video but this time with a twist. This time Christine can switch to any other inactive car in the area and drive it.
