Good choice on the Lesser Evil snacks. We like them too, also Jackson’s chips are cooked in good oil. I always tell people that next to sugar, seed oils are the thing to eliminate for health and longevity. Great vid Jason!!

Hi Jason, I really like your content and I was able to take some of your practices and improve my daily routine as well. But I would also like if you could go more in depth on how you are using the AW Ultra on a daily basis and what is it's role in your daily routine. For example you were the one who convinced me to ditch the Whoop band (previously a Garmin user myself) and use the combination of AW Ultra and Athlytic app. I would really like to see more on this. Like, are you using the AW Ultra constantly including monitoring your sleep? Are you checking some key metrics in Athlytic? Thank you in advance for all your hard work and amazing content.

You could walk up to it.. and then lean over the edge to dunk your head and then proceed to hop in! Might be a bit more "painful" per se or however we plungers like to label that initial shock but I think it'd work!!!

I try to focus on the movement, my form, what I'm doing... as opposed to the pain. That tends to help!

That is not actually a roller. It's a therabar and it's used for forearm strengthening.
Yes... I actually got it for the first time to deal with some elbow pain. Then I started using it as a roller too... and LOVE it for that use! ha ha.
