And this is not me blowing smoke like so many people. You've proven that you can connect the dots a decade before anyone else, you have the infrastructure, wouldn't need outside funding, have the brand equity, the built in focus group and testing and you know how to monetize without being intrusive. So the Gary Vee App, is going to be the next big thing and I just need to come up with the money to invest, or #Hustle for you for free to get in on it.

In regards to Amber's question, everyone is motivated by 1 of 3 things: Time (vacation time, personal time), Money (cash, gift cards, etc), Recognition (pat on the back, being recognized in front of people, fame, etc). A good exercise is to do a quick survey for your team, get them to fill out in order of improtance, how they rank those 3 items. Communicate with your team. Get to know them, understand what makes each one tick. Once you know what motivates them with the surveys any why they ranked those items how they did, then youll know how to get them to do what is needed to be successful. For me personally, my importance is Time, Recognition, Money. QOTD: Not into fantasy baseball but football on the other hand...whew. App/tech? As weird as this may sound, the structure of Tinder can be used for a lot of things. I personally don't use Tinder (married), but I think there is definetely something to the usability and ease for the end user that can be translated into other businesses.

He had a sub 2.00 ERA in 10 starts last year after getting called up in the second half from AAA. Eight of them were quality starts and had a 14 strikeout game. You should be able to snag him late in the draft as he's flown under the radar. He doesn't throw hard which has many people overlooking him. I liked your advice for Matthew. I am writing for a Fox Sports affiliate on the business aspects within baseball. This is giving me extra exposure through their already existing audience. Awesome outro, as you have been doing! However, the intro was SUPER long. For a new viewer who may be viewing your show for the first time, something like that should be at the end. After they see the action, your message, energy, knowledge, etc, they'll want to be a part of that. The 'How to post' should be a play on that viewers 'want' That want is to be an active part of the show. that is an instructive call to action that I felt was better fit at the end. The same way that you occasionally ask for our input via comments and buzz if you notice the number of comments dropping. When you ask the #vaynernation to comment more, that is what encourages me to take action when I normally wouldn't.When you've asked that of us it has been well placed at the end of your videos if my memory serves right. Just my thoughts. #QOTD Sorry, no fantasy baseball knowledge, I'm waiting for football season. Hmm I can't think of a sleeper app either. QOTD - I have absolutely NO idea what a Sleeper is! (It's the first time I've heard the term - had to go Urban Dictionary on this one). So I ASSUME it would be an app that "appears to be average but is actually quite sensational"??
If so... Hmm..... tough one........ I would say "Pocket". It seems like just your average app, but when you get working with it, and combining it with Twitter and IFTTT, it is AMAZING!!! :)

#QOTD to me that's also a new term tbh. Here in the Netherlands and Germany (although there is an English version as well I think) there's an app called UnderCovers which I think has great potential to expand much further than it's current segment and reach.

Awesome outro, as you have been doing! However, the intro was SUPER long. For a new viewer who may be viewing your show for the first time, something like that should be at the end. After they see the action, your message, energy, knowledge, etc, they'll want to be a part of that. The 'How to post' should be a play on that viewers 'want' That want is to be an active part of the show. that is an instructive call to action that I felt was better fit at the end. The same way that you occasionally ask for our input via comments and buzz if you notice the number of comments dropping. When you ask the #vaynernation to comment more, that is what encourages me to take action when I normally wouldn't.When you've asked that of us it has been well placed at the end of your videos if my memory serves right. Just my thoughts.

I totally agree. I thought the tag at the beginning should be at the end also.
It's definitely a sharp piece. The editing, it shows step-by-step what to do, it's visually pleasing but at the end OR even to break up his video like he did in episode 80 I believe.
