About Kira
Kira Soltanovich is a multifaceted talent in the entertainment industry, with a career spanning nearly a decade as a correspondent on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," where she became known for the Phony Photo Booth segment, the show’s longest-running comedy piece without Jay Leno. Her collaboration with Leno continued in the reboot of the "You Bet Your Life" game show, now syndicated on FOX. Soltanovich has also made her mark with stand-up specials on Showtime and Amazon, titled "Here Comes Trouble" and "You Did This To Me," respectively, and has served as the sidekick to Donald Faison on Netflix's game show "Winsanity." Her comedy has also been celebrated at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. A unique aspect of her career includes writing jokes for Joan Rivers and her origins from the former Soviet Union, adding depth to her comedic perspective. Currently, Kira is focusing on creating and producing her own talk show, "Let’s Get Sweat!," set in a sauna, and preparing to record a new comedy album. This journey from a Soviet emigrant to a celebrated figure in American comedy showcases her remarkable adaptability and creativity in the entertainment world.

Kyle Kinane = Greatest Of All Time! 💙
This is the truth💪
I'm stoked for his new special. He's one of my favorites and such a great guy!
Kyle is such a brilliant comic... ALWAYS! Been a fan of Kyle Kinane since about '95-96 when I lived in Chicago... Thanks, Tom!
Kyle's so humble. Whatta good dude.
I'm really excited for Kyle Kinane's new special.
Happy to see him doing guest spots on other comedians' podcasts. Looking forward to seeing more.
He's got another one coming out?! Nice. I really like that he's been dropping the last few on YT with 800lb Gorilla.
Kyle starts @ 14:56
Thank you
I hope you find $100 on the ground today. Thanks for the timestamp.

You’re going to deprive people of the mental image of a grown man running through O’Hare airport shouting “Papa, Papa!” at another grown man…😆
Was just about to post this. Good work Sir! 😉
I had the dope opportunity to do Oregon shows with Kyle. He's a cool down to earth guy. Very personal and chill.
Beards looking good. Always been a big fan of Kyle. Love to see him
Yay! I hope you got my heartfelt message Tom but I do not have much faith in the internet right now. I have loved Kyle Kenane for years and do not understand how he is not more beloved! Thank you for all that you do to make me smile and feel I am a part of the human race 😂❤!!! He is a natural storyteller who deserves more of whatever he desires ❤🎉!!!
Such a big fan you spelled his name wrong lol 🤦
@@Gixsir I did not spell his name wrong but the damn phone auto corrects. It embarrasses me frequently. It is very persistent in its opinion and does it on purpose!
It's because he gives his specials away for free. Not one, but literally every one hour he creates. Free What an amazing person.
I love Kira, Kyle, and Tom together. What a great dynamic and great storytellers. ❤ Kyle has a special place in my heart. Looking forward to watching Dirt Nap.
28:04 the exact reason to have a licensed electrical service company do your electrical work. I guarantee you the fan is controlled via remote and there’s frequency interference from elsewhere in the house. I’ve run countless service calls with this exact problem 😂. Also makes sure your contractor has the right specialty license for the work you’re wanting. Elevator license and electricians license are 2 entirely different licenses lmao
Kyle!!! On Tom Papa!!! Please do this again!
Oh hell yeah! Kyle kinnnane
The Chicago Mothman's alter ego! Lol Love Kyle and I miss BoogeyMonster every day
Pour one out for Chicago Motman.
If you don’t like Kyle Kinane I don’t like you.
Love Kyle. Hes from my home town of Addison Illinois.
His family home is only 1 mile away from my own!
27:00 Kyle is right. I do property management, people have no idea the blinding amount of work it takes to keep buildings up and running. When you rent ALL that maintenance is already included.
Yay! Interviews w/ comics!
"Comedians are not philosophers!" Kyle- here is my philosophy on everything😂 I love Kyle, if he keeps making stuff I'll keep showing up! RIP Dirt Nap
Kyle is my spirit animal.
I am not familiar with Kyle's work but he was thoroughly charming and entertaining. He definitely doesn't look like the words that come out of him. I am off to check him out. Thanks for this great podcast!
Kyle is great! He's definitely in my top 5
Check out shocks and struts, broken trampoline, I like his old stuff better. Aaaallllllll great specials.
What a fun interview! So much comedic talent in one room!
Kyle is the only comic who has made me laugh so hard, I peed.
I saw this vid of Kyle Kinane and thought, "This seems like a cool interview." What I got instead was half an interview with Kinane and the other half with some random woman interrupting with stories that have little or nothing to do with what he's talking about. Wonderful.
Kyle love all your specials Tom saw you when you came to Salem I live in Salem if you are close to there and need construction help Kyle, I do remodels on the side and will definitely help finish your bathroom if you need it! And don’t get me started on terrible Oregon drivers!!!
It’s the Washington drivers!!!
@@acovenofmany333 oh there’s definitely a plethora of both!
That's the best description of Portland drivers I've ever heard (I have not seen the Portlandia bit).
Tom and Kira’s parental care and concern for Young Joey being out in the wild wild world is growing and learning is one of my favorite aspects of this podcast.
Get ready for more adventures due to mother nature. I keep remembering Louis c k you would be different people by the time you got here. Your sitting in a tube, flying. Great work as usual, guest , hosting, stories. A fan
I agree. Kyle should be celebrated way more then he probably wants to be ! !
Well said. He literally doesn't want fame. And I mean cool dude. But he far to fun to keep a secret.
I need this more than you know.
I wish Kyle would perform in southern Oregon 😢
Kyle shows up around 14:45 🥷🥀🖤
Veggie whoppa-pierre!!!...con fromage!!!...wait, 2! Deux!!! Fukin two!!!❤❤❤😂😂😂
More Canadian than two syrup filled moose in hockey gear, apologizing to each other.
@14:55 Kyle enters the chat after all the noise
I love Tom. I have totally lost track of which of his dozen podcasts and radio shows are current. Is this recent?
I'm pretty sure it's relatively recent. Kyle is making the rounds promoting his special that isn't dropping till March
It says this was uploaded 1 day ago. On most (all?) videos you can see when it was uploaded right after the title. 😊
Tom stinks seem him on a different pod seemed kinda cool man was I wrong dude can’t stop talking about himself stfu and let the guest talk 🤦
Fantastic episode.
Kyle is pretty awesome
Someone please provide me the link where they talk about dollar stores?
Calling Beaverton, OR "the woods" is so hilarious to me. It's a super up-scale city xD
That’s great 😂
Yeah. Its in the middle of 2.5 million people too. Haha
agree
Kyle makes me laugh like no other. Don't know what it is but I love him more than papa😘
Huge Kyle fan here all his stand up and podcast appearances but this was absolutely brutal. Everything anyone said Tom had to relate it to himself and Kira, can you stfu already.
Kira ruined it for me - I don't know who she is or why she's talking all the time
I was working on a Navy contract, and Admiral Rickover wanted to buy a blimp for every aircraft carrier, to help see over the horizon, and detect trouble miles out, instead of constantly having a Tomcat (actually 2) in midair to do the same thing, which meant two days of refit and maintenance for each plane, but it was sooo uncool, they just delayed the idea until he died to get it to go away
Kira and Bert Kreischer should have a podcast together.
Why? So Bert can talk over everything she says?
I'm not a comic, but I have a podcast laugh, my friend points it out while I have headphones on , I laugh like doctor Hibert from.the Simpsons.
Best part of Kyle is with that beard he looks like a wizened wizard, but you can tell without it he would still be a sweet sweet treat for those pedos😂 Love ya guy, I’m a light weight conservative and love every minute you’ve produced
Traffic? Try driving into Manhattan from CT. They change the yellow lines on a daily basis!
I like Kyle Kinane’s real face. He’s a very funny comedian, but lots of times his face and his facial expressions are a big part of it especially his eyes cause you see the laughter or the craziness or whatever that he’s talking about comes out in his eyes but in a good way. It’s a good face!
Tom, I love that bit you do about Hot pockets (kidding)
The facial hair WORKS for both of you guys.
Can someone edit this where we don't have to hear that lady's super annoying goose honk fake laugh. Kyle rules.
Who is this lady? Tom doesn't need anyone else on this podcast
There's no way to be a calm driver from Chicago
Tuned in for Kyle Kinane. Not impressed with Papa's "side kick."
Where are the bodies Garth?!
She made this episode insufferable. Would have been way better without her talking through the majority of it.
I'd like to see Kyle's spinoff of Portlandia... of Kinandia... Kinananedia
I've never referred to anyone as "sweet as pie." There are a few good candidates in my life, so I think I'll give it a try. :)
I swear Kira is the American version of sporty spice Mel C
Elevator guys make upwards of $100 per hour.
I'm 37% sure that she was separated at birth from her brother Nick Di Paolo
It smells like carnitas! Hahaha
K Y L E 🥰😂😂
Forest Gump bathrobe...splooge!
Let’s go Brandon solves the “f$&@“ issue.
Was stoked for this interview until kira kept chiming in the whole time - she talked more than Tom in this interview. Kind of ruined the entire episode honestly.
What an epic beard! It somehow makes him look fat and skinny at the same time.
Was so sorry to miss Kyle the last time he came thru. Didn’t hear about it until the day of… way to go Bricktown Comedy club, with your timely emails 👿
Most home electricians, plumbers, etc., have more work than they know what to do with, and that's why they don't show up. He probably found another job that was closer.
Feel free to approach the non-breeders, I took my niece to soccer practice once and several moms approached the "sedan" and asked why I didn't have a minivan. See Catherine Tate egg race
i came here to gripe ..about.. (?) ..words
Lady’s voice is nails on a chalkboard
"best billiards players" holy crap man
LMAO celebrities bitching about weather, I love it! Status can’t buy you out of that shit.😂
@49:00
You don't even know what a write-off is.
Do you?
No I don't!
Well they do. And they're the ones writing it off.
I swear at people in another language. Russian is great for cursing. It totally throws people off.
Why is the lady talking so much
You answered your own question….. lady
Shhhhhhush
She’s the co-host.
Seriously
She's paid to. 🤑🤑🤑
Nobody him. JOEY!
✨nice racist✨
Your 10 minute airplane travel story was boring.
I grew up with shared time between L.A. and Portland, with the last 5 years in Arizona. Now I drive truck from Phoenix to Portland to L.A. and back, so know the terrain. This episode was fairly disappointing, in that blue-collar "criminal contractors" were joked about, but none of these comedians (whom I've enjoyed for years) had the comic balls to shoot their jokes at the CRIMINAL POLITICIANS? Los Angeles Metro Area, San Francisco Bay Area, Portland, and Seattle have all been on fire since 2020, and NOBODY could cap on mayors, the governor, or the state legislators? Homelessness and crime on a meteoric rise and the human feces [SF] is unbelievable, but "Oh, those crooked contractors..." Sounds like wealthy people's problems to me.
Comedians speaking truth to power is practically dead. It's just Ricky Gervais, Dave Chappell, and Chris Rock, I guess. This makes me miss Norm Macdonald even more.
Your podcast has the rudest endings ever…
This is what a comedy podcast is now? People I used think were funny talking about their mundane problems? I see the end of this mass podcast era.
2.6k views is just what this show deserves. Nothing entertaining on this channel
Cant find Kyle's new standup anywhere... 800 lb gorilla doesnt have it posted. 😒
